Peopleinthestudyhadanaverageageof74whentheystartedthetraining,which

involvedlOto12sessionslasting60to75minuteseach.Thetrainingcoursewasdesignedto

improvespecificcognitiveabilitiesthatbegintodeclineaspeopleage.Itdidnotaimto
