职位描述：

职责描述：

1.负责组织、协调、统筹研发设计及项目的规划和管理；

2.协助部门总监制定年度研发计划，确定产品和技术创新目标；

3.组织研发项目组进行产品研发，完成研发任务；

4.制定和修正研发项目管理相关的管理制度和工作流程；

5.对所管理研发项目职责范围内的工作有指挥、协调、监督管理的权力；

6.对重大技术问题的决策权，项目变更请求确认权；

7.对所属下级和的工作有监督、考核权，有奖惩的建议权；

8.对所属下级的管理水平、技术水平和业绩有评估建议权。

任职要求：

1.本科以上（如个人能力优异，可酌情放宽要求）；

2.5年以上项目管理经验和部门管理经验；管理过20人以上的团队，拥有至少1个成功被实施和应用的项目案例（项目标的超过百万）；

3.有压力容器类相关使用经验，熟悉产品研发过程及产品测试过程；

4.有较强的先进技术感知能力和学习能力，敏锐地把握技术动态、技术方向的能力；

5.熟悉公司产品涉及的相关领域产品发展趋势，具有敏锐市场判断能力；熟悉知识产权相关法规，有专利申报等实务工作经验；

6.工作严谨，责任心强，具有较强的协调能力、沟通能力和统筹管理能力，具有团队合作精神和带领团队完成项目的组织能力。
