eg.Hewasabouttoleavewhenthetelephonerang.表示将要发生的事情KeyStructure5)planto/intendto可换用，但前者常用于进行时；而intend只用于简单时态。

eg.Thetrainisduetoarriveat6:00o’clock.火车定于6点钟到达。表示将要发生的事情KeyStructure在英语中，现在进行时也可用来表示为将来安排好的活动和事件。这种用法通常需要一个表示时间的状语（往往是不久的将来）。come,go,stay,arrive,leave

等趋向动词的现在进行时经常用于表示将来确切的计划：

表示交通方式、行程安排的动词，例如fly,walk,ride,drive,take(abus,ataxi)等的现在进行时也经常用于表示将来。
