浅谈互联网创新我认为现在互联网领域的创新主要有三种:一、发明,发明一种新产品或新技术;二、商业模式上的创新;三、体验上的创新。如今发明一种从来没有过的东西已经越来越难,更多的创新来自于商业模式的创新和用户体验上的创新。商业模式上的创新,比如360把杀毒软件做免费,不靠卖杀毒软件赚钱,而靠浏览器等其他业务赚钱;体验上的创新,比如苹果,把用户体验做到极致,改变了世界。现在互联网的创新有一个特点,就是“屌丝逆袭”,一开始不被看好,最后却能改变世界!比如早期的阿里巴巴,比如最早的苹果电脑。乔布斯带着苹果个人电脑去找惠普合作,却被冷嘲热讽,他们认为个人电脑根本没有商业价值,因为在当时个人电脑还没有现在这么强大的功能,计算非常慢,但是它有一个优点就是方便,苹果就是把方便这一点做到了极致。虽然当时的个人电脑并不完美,但是经过不断完善与改进,如今,个人电脑早已打败了大型的电脑,他就是靠方便的体验赢得了消费者的心。互联网时代的创新需要有逆向思维,如果主流走,别人干什么我也干什么,小公司根本无法成功,可以做大公司看不起、不愿意做的地方,把一个点做到极致才会成功。微博的兴起就是一种逆向思维,传统的博客字数没有限制,博主可以写很长,但除了一些有名的博主,如韩寒、李承鹏等,其他人的人们都不喜欢看,但微博逆向思维,把字数限制在140字以内,满足了快节奏时代人们的需求,而且借助手机客户端的优势,可以迅速传播,微博获得了巨大的成功。在互联网时代,逆向思维可以帮助我们实现创新。拿来主义有时候也是一种创新,如今科技的创新已经越来越困难了,摩尔定律发展到今天也快到了尽头。但是这并不意味着没有了创新,这一点在现在的智能手机领域表现的尤为明显。苹果产品上的东西很多事收购的,很多技术是用别人的,但这并不妨碍它成为手机业的霸主。并不是全部靠自己做才叫创新,手机,电脑,没有哪个是一家公司能够做出来的,很多时候需要依靠别人的技术,加上自己的东西。这往往表现在体验上的创新。现在不是拼硬件的时候了,小米的雷军曾说过:不赚硬件的钱。那卖手机的不赚硬件的钱怎么赚钱啊?赚服务,软件和衍生产品的钱。这需要良好的用户体验来积累庞大的用户群。现在的互联网盈利模式主要有三种:一、电子商务,互联网金融;二、赚取广告收益;三、增值服务,比如腾讯的Q币,游戏的点卡;这无不需要庞大的用户群,现在赚钱的互联网公司,那个不是有着庞大的用户群,所以现在互联网创新首要的目的是要有用户,这又回到了用户体验上,互联网创新不要想着怎么赚钱,要想着怎么为用户服务,用户多了自然有盈利模式。互联网时代的创新,总结出来:最重要的是好的用户体验,以用户和市场为中心,把某个特点做到极致。要做到这些需要有敏锐的嗅觉有时候也要有逆向思维,去发现未来的趋势或独一无二的一点。毕业设计(论文)类型:□毕业设计说明书□毕业论文题目:浅谈高职毕业生的自主创业Self-employmentofHigherVocationalCollegeGraduates学生姓名:专业:应用英语(商务)班级:学号:时间:20**年4月

浅谈高职毕业生的自主创业摘要现代年轻人的生活节奏快,并且都有着迅速致富的想法。但是由于日益增长的就业压力,越来越多的高校毕业生很难找到工作。传统的工作模式是按劳取酬,还要迎合上司,有时还要牺牲掉自己大把的业余时间,只为了能够在工作领域崭露头角,攀得高峰,然而这种模式在当今社会已经不再适用。很多年轻人抛弃了传统的工作模式而大胆尝试为自己工作。他们开始自己创业。他们有梦想,爱挑战,喜欢按照自己的方式去工作。现如今越来越多的毕业生投入到创业这个行列中去。但是创业的道路也存在许多荆棘,例如资金问题、团队问题、地点选择问题等等。创业者往往对自己的选择充满了激情,却总是缺少耐心。而且只有很少一部分的高校涉及相关方面的教学,所以创业者还有很多东西需要学习。本文从毕业生创业的现状、障碍以及方法来探讨创业前景。尽管此过程困难重重,但毕业生创业仍成为当今不少年青人的选择。他们想掌控自己的工作,自己的生活。为实现自己的梦想,努力奋斗。关键字:自主创业、高职毕业生、创业前景

iticalforastudenttoestablishabusiness.Tostartabusinessisacreativeworkwhichcallsforhardwork,aswellasperseverance.What’smore,goodinterpersonalskillshelptobuildsocialconnectionwhichisthekeytosuccess.Finally,collegesshouldpreparestudentswithcomprehensiveknowledge.Studentsshouldknowmuchaboutmanagement,taxadministration,investmentorcompanylawandsoon.[6]4.2LackofpatienceandinadequateexperienceGraduateshavelittlemarketingandsocialexperience.ZhangTing,isatypicalexample.Thecollegeoruniversitystudentsspendtheirmostoftimestudyingorjoiningvariousactivities.Theythinktheyareyoungandtheyhaveenoughenergytotryeverything.Butenthusiasmdoesnotleadtosuccess.Mostofcollegestudentsthinkitisaneasythingaslongastheyhaveenoughmoney.Butwhentheyputitintopractice,problemscomeonebyone.Maybetheycanhandleoneortwo,butwhentheymeetthefourthorfifth,theywilllosepatience.Theygettoknowsocietyisnotwhattheythinkof.Sinceover80%ofallbusinessesfailwithinthefirstfiveyears,theoddsareagainstthembeforetheyevenbegin.Leavingtheirsecurejobandtakingthehugeriskontheirowncanbeverystressful,andwillputthemunderanenormousamountofpressure.Onlyafewpeoplewhohaveenoughpatienceandenoughexperiencecanmakeitcometrue.[7-8]4.3LackofentrepreneurshipenvironmentTheentrepreneurshipenvironmentreferstomoney,market,teamorotherelementsthatcontributetothesuccessofstartups.Theyshouldknowenoughabouttheirenvironment,andthemoretheyknowabouttheircustomers,theirproductsand
