厦门理工学院外语系进出口业务实习报告专业:年级:姓名:学号:厦门理工学院外语系_实习报告(2012-2013学年第1学期)姓名:专业年级:10英语2班学号:指导教师:实习时间:实习地点:PracticeofbusinesstradePracticerequestsMastermainbusinessskillsinspecificcommercialactivities.PracticecontentsAccordingtorelevantinternationaltradelawandconventions,combineournationpracticalsituationandtheinternationaltradepractice,usingthebasicprocessofexporttradeasthemainline,tosimulatesettingacommoditiesexporttrade.Knowmoredetailedaboutdraftingofthebusinesscorrespondence,calculationofcommodityprices,businessconditionnegotiation,signingbusinesscontract,consigningandbookingspaceforexportcommodities,inspectionandcustomsclearance,auditingandalteringofL/C,andtradepaperformulationandauditingandsoonskills.PracticepurposeBypracticingimportandexporttrade,enableustomasterthedetailedoperatingskillsroundly,systematicallyandnormatively.Cultivateourself-studyabilityandtheunderstanding,andthinkingability;andpersonallyexperiencethewholeprocessofimportandexporttrade.Strengthentheunderstandingofinternationaltradeknowledge;perfectourknowledgetheorysystem;deepentheunderstandingofmoderninternationaltradeandperceptualknowledgeofinternationaltradeactivity;cultivatemeticulousthoroughnessofworkattitudeandlayasolidfoundationtorealizezerodistancemountguardworkinthefuture.Withtherapiddevelopmentofinformationtechnology,ournationmarketeconomydevelopsrapidlythesame.Surplustheglobalization,theprosperityofoureconomymakesusmoreclosedtointernation.Tradeamongcountriesismorefrequent.Andthedemandofinternationaltradetalentisalsobiggerandbigger.Asastudentofrelativelyinternationaltrade,itisimportantforustoknowwellaboutit.Thissemester,wehappenedtohavetheopportunitytopractice.ThecompanyIpracticeinisJinhongxinlimitedcompany,aforeigntradeenterprise.Thecompanymainbusinessisteaexport.Ithappensthatduringmypracticetimethereisateaexhibitionandmycompanyjoinedit.Afterabouttwoweekspractice,Ijustwanttosay:thoughitistriedwhenIfinishedaday’swork,Ilearnedalotfromitandenjoyedafulllife.Nowthereismysomeexperienceinpractice.Firstday,Iwenttothecompanydelightedly,oneofreasonisthatitjustlikeIhavegraduatedthatIcanearnalivingbymyself;theotheristhatIcannotstudyduringthesedays.Whengottocompany,mydirectmanagersaidIshouldfollowwithaqualifiedmanagerandIcanlearnthingsfromhim.Butaftertwoorthreedayspractice,IjustfoundthatwhatIdidwassendingfaxesandcopyingpapers.Fortunately,infolloweddays,mymanagerpermittedmetodootherthings,forexample,translatingtradecontractsandlearningL/Candotherdocuments.However,althoughIhadlearnedtheknowledgeinschool,IfoundIforgotalmostall.SoIhadtorefertothetextbook.Andtherearesomanytradetermsandinitialismsininternationaltrade,suchasoffer,inquiry,T/T,D/T,B/Ldraftandsoon.Itisimportantthatwemustknowwhatexactlyitstandsandtheyhavetheirownregularwords.Therefore,afterthispractice,Idecidetorecitebusinesswords.Thelatterday,mymanagergavemeaEnglishcontract.Hetoldme,importcompanywanttopricewithCTFbutnotFOBthoughfirsttheyagreedtopricewithFOB.WhatIneedtoisconvertingthepricefromFOBtoCIF.First,Ithinkitiseasyformetodoit.Butlatter,Ifounditisnotsosimpleasmyimagination,foritcovertheinsurance,carriage,changerateandcommissionformiddleman.Sothenextday,Ifollowedanothertoashippingcompanyandconsultedabouttheprice.Theydecidedto550yuanpertwenty’sstandardpackingbox.Thenanothermanagerfromanotherdepartmentdealtwiththeinsuranceproblem.Besides,aftersometimetelephonediscussion,themiddlemanasked5percentcommission.WhenfinishingalloftheseisadaypassandIhadtocalculatethepricewithCIF,sothatnightIcalculateitforalongtimeandcheckeditthreetimestoensureitiscorrectanddareIsendtheresulttomymanager.Thenwhenourresultsarethesame,IdrawthecontractandsendtheE-mailtoimportcompany.Onotherdays,Ialsodidsomedifferentworkandlearnedsomany,forinstance,whatisbankdraft?Allinall,duetothetradepractice,Irealizethatyoucannotknowallknowledgeinspiteofyouhadeverlearned.Itisworthtonotethatpracticemakeusmoreknowwelltheknowledgewehavestudiedinclassandmakethemeasyforustoremembero
