1.销售前期技术工作支持:技术宣讲,战略新产品与解决方案的应用推广;审图报价/竞争对手价格分析、标书制作、标书技术答疑、技术培训等;大、小型推广会。
2.售后服务:质量问题处理与标准化流程的执行、退换货的管理、电话咨询应答服务等;技术升级改造、维修服务、备件更新等。
3.解决方案服务:全生命周期维护保养、适配改造技术方案、顾问咨询等。
4.其他工作支持:收集市场信息与调研、现场技术支持等。
任职要求:
1.本科以上学历,理工科类专业(电气自动化、机械、电子技术等);
2.熟悉中低压电路、电气知识,从事电力服务领域工作经验3-5年,良好的沟通能力。

dutiesandresponsibilities:
•providethehighestqualityoftechnicalsupportrelatingtoallrotometricsproducts,toourcustomerbasethroughoutchina.
•workingcloselywithourdistributorinchina,oursalesmanagersandcustomersupportrepresentativestoaccuratelyconveytechnicalinformation&requirements.
•carryoutrootcauseanalysisonspecifictechnicalissuesandcomplaints,offeringimmediateortimelysolutionstocustomers,includingcarryingouttechnicalauditsinthecustomer’sstockofmagneticcylinders.
•closeco-operationwithourtechnicalandmanufacturingteaminthailand,usa,australia,uktopinpointanymanufacturingrelatedissuesandtoassistwiththeimplementationofsolutionsandimprovementsaccordingly.
•liaisingwithourteamofengineersandmaterialsspecialistsinthailandandusaandrapidlysupplyingsolutionstospecificprojects.
