旋转气流控制激光切割特种钢薄板试验研究的综述报告AbstractInrecentyears,withthedevelopmentoflasertechnology,theapplicationoflasercuttingtechnologyinthecuttingofspecialsteelhasbecomeahottopicinthefieldofmaterialprocessing.Inparticular,theapplicationofrotatingairflowcontrolinlasercuttingofspecialsteelsheetshasattractedtheattentionofresearchers.Thispaperreviewstherelevantresearchontheapplicationofrotatingairflowcontrollasercuttingtechnologyinspecialsteelsheetcutting,includingtheprincipleofrotatingairflowcontrol,thecuttingcharacteristicsofspecialsteelsheets,andthemainfactorsaffectingthecuttingqualityandefficiencyofrotatingairflowcontrollasercuttingtechnology.Finally,thefuturedevelopmentprospectsofrotatingairflowcontrollasercuttingtechnologyinspecialsteelcuttingareanalyzed.Keywords:rotatingairflowcontrol,lasercutting,specialsteel,cuttingquality,cuttingefficiencyIntroductionInrecentyears,specialsteelhasbeenwidelyusedinaviation,aerospace,andotherhigh-techfieldsduetoitsexcellentmechanicalproperties,corrosionresistance,andwearresistance.However,thecuttingofspecialsteelsheetshasalwaysbeenadifficultprobleminthefieldofmaterialprocessingduetoitshighhardness,highstrength,andhighmeltingpoint.Thetraditionalcuttingmethodssuchasmechanicalcuttingandplasmacuttinghavelowcuttingefficiencyandpoorcuttingquality,whichcannotmeettherequirementsofhighprecisionandhighefficiencyinengineeringapplications.Withthedevelopmentoflasertechnology,theapplicationoflasercuttingtechnologyinthecuttingofspecialsteelhasbecomeahotresearchtopic.Amongthem,therotatingairflowcontrollasercuttingtechnologyisanewandpromisingcuttingmethod,whichhasthecharacteristicsofhighcuttingefficiency,highcuttingquality,andhighcuttingprecision.Ithasattractedtheattentionofmanyresearchersandhasbeenwidelyusedinthecuttingofspecialsteelsheets.PrincipleofrotatingairflowcontrolTherotatingairflowcontrollasercuttingtechnologyisbasedontheprincipleofutilizingtheturbulentflowofgasgeneratedbytherotationofthenozzletoimprovethecuttingqualityandefficiency.AsshowninFigure1,therotatingnozzleisinstalledabovetheworkpiece,andthehigh-pressuregasisinjectedfromthenozzle.Thehigh-speedgasjetgeneratesturbulenceintheairflow,whichrotatesaroundthenozzle,formingarotatingairflow.Figure1SchematicdiagramofrotatingairflowcontrollasercuttingTherotatingairflowcaneffectivelyremovethemoltenmetalandslagproducedbythecutting,reducingtheheat-affectedzoneandimprovingthecuttingquality.Therotatingairflowalsoincreasestheoxygenconcentrationaroundthecuttingzone,acceleratingthemetaloxidationreactionandimprovingthecuttingefficiency.CuttingcharacteristicsofspecialsteelsheetsInthelasercuttingofspecialsteelsheets,thecuttingqualityandefficiencydependonvariousfactors,suchasthelaserpower,thecuttingspeed,thegaspressureandflowrate,andthefocusposition.Thespecialsteelsheetshavehighhardness,highmeltingpoint,andhighreflectivity,whichposechallengestothelasercuttingprocess.Thecuttingqualityofspecialsteelsheetsismainlyreflectedinthecuttingsection,surfaceroughness,andthepresenceofdefectssuchasburrsanddross.Therotatingairflowcontrollasercuttingtechnologycanimprovethecuttingqualityofspecialsteelsheetsbyreducingtheheatinputandtheheat-affectedzone,whichreducesthedeformationandwarpageoftheworkpiece.Thecuttingefficiencyofspecialsteelsheetsisalsoimportantinengineeringapplications,especiallyinmassproduction.Therotatingairflowcontrollasercuttingtechnologycanincreasethecuttingspeedandreducethegasconsumption,whichimprovesthecuttingefficiencywhilemaintainingthecuttingquality.FactorsaffectingthecuttingqualityandefficiencyofrotatingairflowcontrollasercuttingtechnologySeveralfactorsaffectthecuttingqualityandefficiencyofrotatingairflowcontrollasercuttingtechnology,includinglaserpower,cuttingspeed,nozzledesign,gaspressureandflowrate,andfocusposition.Laserpower:Thelaserpoweraffectsthecuttingdepthandcuttingspeed.Ahighlaserpowerincreasesthecuttingspeed,butalsoincreasestheheatinputandtheheat-affectedzone,whichmaycausedeformationandwarpageoftheworkpiece.Cuttingspeed:Thecuttingspeedaffectsthecuttingqualityandefficiency.Ahighcuttingspeedreducestheheatinputandtheheat-affectedzone,butmayalsoaffectthecuttingqualityandcausedefectssuchasburrsanddross.Nozzledesign:Thenozzledesignaffectsthegasflowandtherotatingairflow.Asuitablenozzledesigncanoptimizethegasflowandtherotatingairflow,improvingthecuttingqualityandefficiency.Gaspressureandflowrate:Thegaspressureandflowrateaffectthethicknessandstabilityoftherotatingairflow.Asuitablegaspressureandflowratecanimprovethecuttingqualityandefficiency.Focusposition:Thefocuspositionaffectsthelaserintensityandthecuttingquality.Asuitablefocuspositioncanoptimizethelaserintensityandthecuttingquality.ConclusionTherotatingairflowcontrollasercuttingtechnologyisanewandpromisingcuttingmethodforspecialsteelsheetcutting.Ithasthecharacteristicsofhighcuttingefficiency,highcuttingquality,andhighcuttingprecision.Theapplicationofrotatingairflowcontrolinlasercuttingofspecialsteelsheetshasattractedtheattentionofmanyresearchers.Thispaperreviewedtherelevantresearchontheapplicatio
