isasomewhatcomplicatedandmisunderstoodemotion.Yet,griefissomethingthat,unfortunately,wemustallexperienceatsometimeorother.Wewillallinevitablyexperienceloss.Whetheritisalossthroughdeath,divorceorsomeotherloss,thestagesofgrievingarethesame.Therearefivestagesofgrief.Ifwegetstuckinonestageortheother,theprocessofgrievingisnotcomplete,andcannotbecomplete.Thustherewillbenohealing.ApersonMUSTgothroughthefivestagestobewellagain,toheal.Noteveryonegoesthroughthestagesatthesametime.Itisdifferentforeachperson.Youcannotforceapersonthroughthestages,theyhavetogoattheirownpace,andyoumaygoonestepforwardthentaketwostepsbackward,butthisisallpartoftheprocess,andindividualtoeachperson.But,asstressed,ALLfivestagesmustbecompletedforhealingtooccur.8/102Thefivestagesofgriefare:

第一个阶段:Denial-
