SPLXseriesoilfilterappliestoalltypesofmarinedieselengine,landdieselengine,petrolstationsandotherdilutelubricantsandfuelfilter,leastsquaresdonotdissolveinoil,dirt,tokeeptheoilclean.Conditionscanbeusedonotheroccasions.

Thisseriesofoilfilterappliedtotheworkingpressure≤1.0MPa,temperature≤150°Coccasions.

Dual-chamberbodymeshfilterVerticalinstallationTypeDNNominalflow(Oil/fuel)(M3/h)

First,structuralfeatures

SPLXSeriesoilfiltersarebasedonGB4733-84"marinedieselengineoilfiltermesh"standardsandCB1016-82"marinehydraulicsystemfilterandfiltertechnology"standard,combinedwithmyexistingfiltersophisticatedtechnologyandmanufacturingadvantagesofbasicmodificationsmadeonthedesign.Mainlybythebase(ImportandExportDepartment),ValveUnit(reversingtheDepartmentandenhancetheclampingdevice),theDepartmentofshell(cartridgeandfiltercomponents)iscomposedofthreeparts.(SeeFigure1A,Figure1Bshow)

Oilfilterintheseriescomparedwiththetraditionalfilterswiththefollowingcharacteristics:

1,thebase(ImportandExportDepartment),ValveUnit(reversingtheDepartmentandenhancetheclampingdevice),shell(cartridgeandfiltercomponents)splitboltmanufacturingandreliableconnection,solvethedifficultyofsimultaneouslycastingprocesscavityandimprovetheflowofeasyclean-upoftheflowchannelinordertoensurecleanlinessrequirements.

2,filtercomponentsusingthetraditionalmesh-style,performance,stableandreliable.

3,valvebodyupgradetheMinistryoftraditionalclampingdevice,thisdevicecanbelockedwhenthevalvecoreforimplementationisstilleasiertonotchangethelocationwhenthevalvecorecanbelocked.SPLseriesfilteratthebasisforsophisticatedtechnologytoturnhandletoadjustseparatelyrotatableabout90°,accordingtofivedifferentfunctionsfilterjoblocation.

4,thetraditionalfilterfiltercomponentsorthegeneraluseofthreadedrodwiththevalvebodytoconnecttheDepartment,soeasyandreliableconnectionisnoteasytohaveanaccidentandthedefectssuchasplugflow.Thisseriesoffiltersusingflangeconnections,strengtheningtheconnectionstability,andguaranteetheunimpededflow.

5,theDepartmentofthetraditionalfilterbodyisgenerallyspiralorsquareflowchanneltype,becauseofstructurallimitationsoftenresultinanarrowflowchannel,theimpactofthecirculationarea.Thisseriesoffiltersusingnon-spiralstreamRoadthereforegreatlyenhancetheflowofpatency.

6,thetraditionalfilterinstallationsdeflateddeflatedorthevalveplugformofworkbecauseofoilfilterhighpressureoilisnotconducivetoobservation,theSeriesfiltersettingshaveadedicatedexhaust(rowoil)valvesandconnectcopperpipetosolvetheconventionalexhaustfiltersoroil-basedobservationofthesplashwhentheoilproblem.

7,thisserieshasaspecialfiltersettingsrecoilsewagespecialstructure,canachieveinthecaseofnon-stopmachinemeshrecoilandcartridgecleaning.Atthesametime,thisstructurewillmakeuseofthewastewateroutletinexportsandexcretionintooneexport,setupfiltersatthebase(ImportandExportDepartment)isbetweenthefrontposition,theworkersandimproveoperabilityandsimplicityofformstructure,butalsotofiltertheoilAllfluidexcretion.

Second,theworkingprinciple

SPLXseriesoilfilterbaseandthevalvebodyfromtheMinistryofgraycastironbycastingprocess,whichhasaccesstothemainstreamofRoadandvalvecavityconnectedthroughtherotaryvalvecorecanachieveadifferentperspectivewithleftorrightsideaccessshuntconnectedto(orsimultaneouslyconnectedtotherightandleftshunt),whichrealizetheleftandrightcylindercylinderopenedandclosedseparately(orsimultaneouslyconnectedtotheleftandrightcylindersonbothsidesoftubeshunt),tofacilitatethecaseofnon-stopmachinemaintenance.

Valvecoreandshellonthedesignhasaspecialstructure,canachieveinthecaseofnon-stopmachinemeshrecoilandcartridgecleaning.Atthesametime,thisstructurewillmakeuseofthewastewateroutletinexportsandexcretionintooneexport,setupbaseatthelocationofthefiltermaybetheoilfilter(oil)allexcretion.

ValveinstalledontheDepartmenthasabouttwocartridgecontainingfiltercomponents.Cartridgeandfiltercomponentsforitsspace-separatedintotheoilsideandoilside,andseparatelywiththevalveonvariousRoadaccessintoandoutofoil,oilby-sideintotheoilthroughthefilterbodythroughthefilterintotheoilside,andfinallyflowstothemainstreamRoadShelloilpassoilfilterimplementationrole.

Andoutoftheflowasfollows:front-endfortheoilfilter:SPLX-J65Seriesrightintotheleft-out,SPLX-J100seriesafteradvancingout.Referencetotheimportandexportfilterscanbemarkedup.

Filterunitsareusedmainlybythepressednuts,pressedthespring,springtailgate,meshgaskets,filterbody,mesh,filterbaseplatespring,tensionnut,sealsandothercomponents.(Figure2)

Filterinthefilterbodysetsup,themainfilterarethefiltercomponents,bythefilter,supportnetworksandcorrugatedplate,suchasthefollowingcomposition,filtermaterialandthemeshselectedbytheuserasneeded.

Three,useandmaintenance

Installation

1,undernormalcircumstances,thisseriesoffiltersforverticalinstallation,theinstallationofvarioustypesofporespacesshownbelow.

2,thedirectionofoilimportsandexportsshallnotbeloadederror.SPLX-J100serieshastwopairsofimportandexport,theusercanchooseaccordingtotheneedsofanyoneortwoimportandexportuse.

3,theflangesizeoftheimportandexportmodelsshownbelow.

4,theinstallationshouldbesecureandreliableconnection,thereshallbenoloosening.

5,theinstallationshouldpayattentiontothedirectiontostayatthetopofthecartridgefiltercartridgeofthedemolitionofspace,highlyrecommendforthecartridgelength(shouldbeatleast100mmaroundthespace).

6,forapressuresender'smodels,butalsotothesender'sdeviceonthesignallinesandexternalelectricaccesscontrolequipment,andsignallinesalwaystake1,3joints.(Annex1)

Use

1,oilfilteroilstart,weshouldopenthecartridgeontheexhaustvalvewhentheoilfiltercavityfilled,turnoffairemptying.

2,foruserstohandleallnecessaryfunctionscanbeplacedonthelocationbutthelocationmustbeinplacetoensurethatthelimitofopencircuitandthespoolopeningangleaccuracy.Belongtothemedianinadoubleatthesametimewhenthejobatthistimethelargestfiltrationcapacity;intheleft(right)sidewhenthelevelofspacesbelongtotheleft(right)atthecircuitdisconnecttubestopandright(left)tubeisstillinworkingconditionpathway;Mediumbittotherightandleftrotating60degreesaroundthepositionbelongtorecoilaboutcleaningposition,thelocationwillonlybeusedifnecessarycleansingrecoil.(SeeFigure3)

Theleftsideoftherighttostopandstopbitshavein-builtlimitpinspacing,notinplacecontinuetochangethedirectionofrotationtoturnhandles.

3,changingtothemorestringentshould,firstofallanti-clockwiserotationtoupgradepressedtohandleoneortwolapstospoolandthenforsometoupgrade.

4Inotherwords,toputinplaceaftertheupgradeshouldbepressedtohandleclockwiserotatingspoolpressedwilllocktopreventspoolrotationautomaticallyaffectthenormaljob.

5,filtersworkisprohibitedduringtheconversionprocessintotheoilIwillturnoffall。

Maintenance

Undernormalcircumstances,theoilfilterpressuredropforcleaning0.1MPa,suchasdifferentialpressureinexcessofthisvalueshouldbecleanedandfiltermesh,asfollows:

1,ifthedowntimedoesnotallowcleaning

a,whichcanbeaccessedbythemouthofagoodsewageoutfallaftertheshiftchangetothesideofthehandle60degreesleftorrightpositionoftherecoilcleansingsloshingaround(therateofabout30degrees),andpauseafewseconds,usingsystempressurewashingmeshandrecoilcartridgeuntiltherowuntilalldirt.Attentiontoeachrecoilshouldnotbetoolongcleaningtime,soastoavoiddamagetomeshgeneralminutes.

b,ifthecleansingeffectofrecoilfail,theywillbechangedtohandle90-degreeturntothesideofthestopposition(atthistimeofthesidestopworking,theothersideisstillanormaljob),thenthemouthofagoodsewageoutfall,openfilterontheexhaustvalve,fromtheoutfallofthesuspectedoilreleasetodo,andthenopenthesidespincartridgeatthetopoftensionerboltandremovethecartridgefiltercleaningcomponentsusingartificialmethodstoclean.

2、Ifpermitparkingcleansing,thenreleasetodowiththeoilfilterandfiltercartridgeisremovedafterthemanualcleaning。

3a,theoverallfiltercomponentscanbecleanedafterthecleaningisalsoremovable.

b,disassemblecleaning:firstscrewtoopennut,followedbycompactingplateremoved,pressedaspring,damperspring,ring,meshandbetweenmeshgasket.Meshwithmeshgasketshaveacertaindegreeofadhesion,donotdisassemblewhenkickedvigorously,soastoavoiddamage.

c,Net-chipsetswillbededicatedatcleaningupthesleeve,usingbrushandlightdieselcarefulcleaning,cleaningwithdirtydieseltobereplaced,theappearanceofthemeshtodouble-check,ifthemeshhasdamagedmustbereplacedimmediately.

d,Cleanedbythedemolitionofthereverseorderofassembly,assemblyStrictcleanlinessismaintained.Regardlessoftheoverallcleaningorbreakingupaftercleaning,nodirtintotheinternalnetworkchip.
