工程技术教师聘用书合同编号：__________partiesthisagreement(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"contract")isenteredintoasof__________(the"effectivedate")andbetween__________(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"employer")and__________(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"employee").Whereas,theemployerisengagedinthebusinessofprovidingengineeringandtechnicalservices(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"business")andrequirestheservicesofaqualifiedindividualtoperformcertainservicesinconnectionwiththebusiness;andWhereas,theemployeehasthenecessaryskills,knowledgeandexperiencetoperformsuchservices;Now,therefore,inconsiderationofthemutualpromisescontainedherein,thepartiesagreeasfollows:articles1.employment1.1theemployerhereemploystheemployeeasanengineeringandtechnicalteacher(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"position")uponthetermsandconditionssetforthinthiscontract.2.1theemployershallpaytheemployeeasalaryof__________dollarsperyear(the"salary"),payableinaccordancewiththeemployer'sstandardpayrollpractices.2.2theemployermay,initssolediscretion,providetheemployeewithadditionalbenefits,suchashealthinsurance,paidtimeoffandretirementbenefits.anysuchbenefitsshallbeprovidedinaccordancewiththeemployer'sstandardpoliciesandprocedures.3.confidentiality3.2theemployeeagreesthattheemployeeshallnot,duringoraftertheterm,discloseoruseanyconfidentialinformationforanypurposeotherthantheperformanceofthedutiesunderthiscontract.theemployeeshallkeeptheconfidentialinformationconfidentialandshallnotdiscloseittoanypersonorentity,exceptasrequiredlawororderofacourtoradministrativeagency.5.indemnification5.1theemployershallindemnifyandholdharmlesstheemployeeagainstanyandallclaims,damages,liabilities,losses,costsandexpenses(includingreasonableattorney'sfees)arisingoutoforinconnectionwiththeperformanceofthedutiesunderthiscontract,excepttotheextentcausedtheemployee'sgrossnegligenceorwillfulmisconduct.6.generalprovisions6.1thiscontractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesallprioragreementsandunderstandings,bothwrittenandoral,betweenthepartiesregardingthesubjectmatterhereof.6.2thiscontractmaybeamendedormodifiedonlyawritteninstrumentexecutedbothparties.6.3ifanyprovisionofthiscontractshallbeheldtobeinvalidorunenforceable,suchprovisionshallbeconstruedsoastogiveeffecttotheintentoftheparties,andtheotherprovisionsofthiscontractshallremaininfullforceandeffect.6.4thiscontractshallbegovernedandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthestateof__________(the"state").anydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththiscontractshallberesolvedinaccordancewiththelawsofthestate.inWitnesswhereof,thepartieshaveexecutedthiscontractasoftheeffectivedate.employer:__________:_________________________employee:__________一、附件列表：附件A：工程技术教师岗位职责说明附件B：薪资和福利政策附件C：保密协议附件D：竞业禁止协议附件E：雇主责任保险条款附件F：员工手册二、违约行为及认定：员工未经许可泄露或使用保密信息员工违反竞业禁止协议从事竞争性工作雇主未按时支付薪资或违反福利承诺雇主未能提供合同规定的劳动条件任何一方未能履行合同中的其他义务三、法律名词及解释：雇佣关系：雇主与员工之间的劳动合同关系保密信息：与雇主业务相关的未公开的敏感信息竞业禁止：员工在特定时间内不得从事与雇主业务竞争的工作违约：未能履行合同中约定的义务赔偿责任：因违约行为而需对对方进行的补偿四、执行中遇到的问题及解决办法：问题：员工对工作条件不满解决办法：双方进行沟通协商，调整工作条件问题：薪资福利未按约定提供解决办法：参照附件B，雇主补发薪资福利问题：员
