一份近来的研究发现：三分之二的上班族在下班时间继续使用智能型手机工作。这些所谓的「屏幕奴隶」在回家途中及回家后都黏在他们的智能型手机前。这可能会导致健康问题，例如：在火车或沙发上使用手机可能造成背部和颈部疼痛。更甚者，长时间看着屏幕可能造成视力问题。
