mefeelasifI'dtakenashotofenergydrinkandjustgavemethatburstthathelpedmy
kneeshealandmademyoverallhealthbetter.
AsIsawsomeofmyclassmatesdoposesthatlookedappealingtome,Istartedto
thinkmaybeIcoulddothemtoo.Therefore,yogahelpedshowmethatIhavenoreal
limitationsphysicallyunlessIsetthoselimitationsmyselfthrougheatingjunkand
thinkinginnegativelimitingterms.
