entListConditionoftheLeasedProperty(AppendixA)ListofPropertyandEquipment(AppendixB)RulesandRegulations(AppendixC)MaintenanceSchedule(AppendixD)InsuranceRequirements(AppendixE)TerminationNoticeForm(AppendixF)LeaseRenewalOption(AppendixG)II.BreachofContractandDeterminationPartyA'sbreachincludesbutisnotlimitedtofailuretodelivertheproperty,failuretomaintaintheproperty,orfailuretoprovidenecessaryservices.PartyB'sbreachincludesbutisnotlimitedtolatepaymentofrent,unauthorizeduseoftheproperty,orfailuretomaintaintheproperty.Breachofcontractshallbedeterminedbasedonthetermsofthecontractandactualbehavior,andmayrequireappraisalbyathird-partyauthoritativeinstitution.III.LegalTermsandDefinitionsLeaseAgreement:Alegallybindingagreementbetweenalessorandalessee,outliningthetermsandconditionsfortherentalofproperty.SecurityDeposit:Asumofmoneypaidbythelesseetothelessorasaformofsecurityfortheperformanceofthelessee'sobligationsundertheleaseagreement.ForceMajeure:Eventsbeyondthereasonablecontrolofapartythatmayrelievethepartyfromliabilityorobligationunderce
