时间状语从句

要点：时间状语从句，由如下连词引导：

whenwhileasafterbeforeassoonassincetill/untilbythetime在时间状语从句中,

要注意时态一致。一般状况下主句是未来时的时候，从句要用一般目前时。

l.when当…日勺时候

mozartstartedwritingmusicwhenhewasfouryearsold.

（当）莫扎特的时候，开始写音乐作品。

2.whilc当。。。时

hevisitedalotofplaceswhilehewastraveling他在旅途中参观了许多地方。

3.as在。。。aI同步；一边…一边。。。

4.after在。。。之后

前几天做完作业之后回的家。

5.before在。。。之前

布朗先生来这之前已经在一家银行里工作一年了。

6.assoonas一…就。。。（主将从现）

7.since自。。。以来至U目前

表达自过去的一种起点时间到目前（说话时间）为止的一段持续时间。主句一般用目前完

毕时，从句用一般过去时。

mrgreenhastaughtinthatschoolsincehecametochinathreeyearsago.

自格林先生来中国以来，他就在这所学校教书。

（还可以用作介词，本句从句还可以用短语：sincethreeyearsago（自三年前以来）表

达。）

8till/until都可以作连词，连接时间状语，也可以作介词，与其他词构成介词短语，

在句中作状语。

theywalkedtill/untilitwasdark.他彳门——直走至!j天黑。

xiaomingdidn'tleavehometill/untilhisfathercameback.小明直至!J他父亲回来才

离开家。

9.bythetime至为止（所在句子的I主句应用完毕时）

bythetimehegetsthere,hisfatherhasalreadygone.他至U家时时彳陵，他父亲已经

走了。

bythetimeigottoschool,theclasshadalreadybegan.我至U校时，已经开始上课了。

难点---aswhenwhile的I辨析

aswhenwhile都表达主、从句动作同步发生，三者差异如下：

as表达”一边。。。一边"的意思

强调两个动作同步进行，并表达对比时

when1、还可以表达从句动词时动作在主几句动词时动作11之前"或"之后11发生。

2、when=andthen;atthatmoment（正在那个时候）

while1、用于时间较长时2、强调两个动作同步进行，并表达对比时

有时这三个连词可以互换，有时不可以。

litwasraininghardwhen（as）igotthere.

我到那里时，正在下大雨。（动作同步发生，when可换为as,但不能换为while,由

于get是点动词.）

whenihadreadthearticle,hecalledme.

我看完这篇文章之后，她给我打了。（从句动作发生在主句之前，注意时态体现，

只能用when）

（当）我到了电影院时，电影已经开演了。（从句的动作发生在主句之后，只能用when,

并要注意时态）

他认为我在谈她女儿，然而，实际上在谈论我女儿。（表转折，对比，when,as都不能

后引导的状语从句的动词必须是延续动词不能是点动词，由于它表达较长时间）考点

二、条件状语从句

要点：表达状语从句由连词if,unless（=ifnot）引导。

l.ifitdoesn'traintomorrow,wewillgohiking.

假如明天不下雨，我们就去远足.

2.youwillgetgoodgradesifyoustudyhard.

假如你努力学习，就会获得好成绩.

3.iwillgotothepartyunlesshegoestheretoo.

我不会去参与聚会的I,除非他也去.（假如他不去，我也不去.）

4.youwillbelateunlessyouleaveimmediately.

假如你不立即走,你将会迟到的1.(二ifyoudon*tleaveimmediately,youwillbelate.)

难点提醒：用条件状语从句时要注意时态的对时使用，当主句是未来时的时候，从句要用

一般目前时.

三、原因状语从句

要点：由连词bacause,since,as引导，也可由for,nowthat等词引导

l.ididn'tgotoschoolyesterdaybecauseiwasill.

我昨天没去上学，由于我生病了。

2.sinceeverybodyishere,lefsbeginourmeeting.

既然大家都来了，让我们开始开会吧.

3.asyouareinpoorhealth,youshouldnotstayuplate.

既然你身体不好，你就不该熬夜.

我请她留下来品茗，由于我有事要告诉她.

.难点---because,since,as,for,辨析

在语气上,because最重，表达欧I是直接理由，回答why时只能用它.另一方面是since,

as，一般不表达原因，而是表明理由，深入阐明.（译为:由于，既然）.for被认为是复合句时

并列连词（常用于推断）,表达理由.

四、地点状语从句

要点：由连词where和复合关系词wherevar（二n。matterwhere问导.

知识扩展有志者事竟成。（谚语）

wherethereisawillzthereisaway.

l.itwillbemixedschoolwherenotallthechildrenaredisabled.

他将是一所混合式学校，那里的小朋友并不都是残疾。（在限定性定语从句中对限先行

词起限定作用。）

无论你到什么地方，我都去。（wherever二n。mcrTterwhere）无论何处，多用于句首。

3.whereverthereissmoke,thereisfire.

无风不起浪。（谚语）

*疑问副词where后跟不定式，构成不定式短语.考点

五、目的，成果状语从句

要点：目的状语从句由连词引导。

成果状语从句由连词（）引导。

sothatzso...that,such...that,somuch/many...that

l.s。…that如此…以至于

科学家的汇报很有启发性，我们感到很兴奋。

2.sothat以至，以便

难点

so十hat,such…that都可以inorderthat两者皆可引导目的I地状语从句和成果状语从句，

当他们引导目的状语从句时，从句的I谓语里常常有can,could,may,might,will,would

等次。

so+adj./adv.+that,such+n.+that以上两种句型都表达成果淇中so为副词，后接

形容词，副词原型，当可数名词前有many,few；不可数名词前有much,little修饰时，应

采用句型：s。many(few,much,little)+c.。such为形容词，后只能接名词。这名词既可

以地可数的，也可以是不可数的。假如这名词是可数，单数，则必须在名词前敬爱冠词a(an).

常见的形式是:sucha(beautiful)gardenzsuch(nice)people.

六、让步状语从句

要点：表达让步的状语从句由连词though,although引导.

难点:

though,although当虽然讲，都不能和but连用.although,(十hough)...but的格式是不

对附不过他们都可以同yet(still)连甩因此thought(although)...yet(still)Btl格式是对时

wrong：althoughheisrichbutheisnothappy.

right：althoughheisrich,yetheisnothappy.虽然他很富有，然而他并不快乐.

right:althoughwehavegrownupzourparentstreatusaschildren.

right:althoughwehavegrownup,ourparentsstilltreatusaschildren.

尽管我们已经长大了，可是我们的父母仍把我们看作小孩.

七、比较状语从句

要点：比较状语从句重要运用于形容词和副词的I原级，比较级及最高级的I句子之中。

1.as...as和。。。同样

jackisastallasbob.捷克和汤姆同样高。

notso(as)...os…和不一样样

sheisnotso(as)outgoingashersister她不如她姐姐外向。

more...than(更)

thisbookismoreinstructivethanthatone.这本书比那本书由教育意义。

themost...in/of

thisbookisthemostinterestingofthe十hrec.这本书是三本中最有趣的I。

the+形容词+esi■…。f/in
