EmploymentContract

ThisEmploymentContract(the"Contract")ismadeandenteredintoasof[Date],byandbetween[EmployerName]("Employer"),a[Employer'sIncorporationType]incorporatedin[Employer'sCountry/State],witharegisteredaddressat[Employer'sAddress],and[EmployeeName]("Employee"),anindividualwitharesidentialaddressat[Employee'sAddress].

1.PositionandDuties

TheEmployerherebyemploystheEmployeetoperformthedutiesof[JobTitle](the"Position")withintheEmployer'sorganization,asfurtherdescribedinwritingfromtimetotimebytheEmployer.TheEmployeeshallreportdirectlyto[Supervisor'sName],[Supervisor'sPosition].

2.TermofEmployment

ThetermoftheEmployee'semploymentunderthisContractshallcommenceon[StartDate]andshallcontinueuntil[EndDate],subjecttotherightofeitherpartytoterminatetheContractinaccordancewiththetermshereof(the"Term").

3.Compensation

4.Benefits

5.HoursofWork

TheEmployeeshallwork[HoursofWork]perweek,consistentwiththeEmployer'sregularbusinesshours.TheEmployeemayberequiredtoworkovertimehours,asreasonablyrequiredbytheEmployer,inwhichcasetheEmployeeshallbecompensatedinaccordancewiththeEmployer'spolicies.

6.ConfidentialityandNon-Disclosure

TheEmployeeacknowledgesandagreesthatduringthecourseofemploymentwiththeEmployer,theEmployeewillhaveaccesstocertainconfidentialinformationandtradesecretsoftheEmployer.TheEmployeeagreestomaintainthestrictestconfidencewithrespecttoallsuchinformationandtonotdiscloseoruseanysuchinformationforanypurposeotherthantheperformanceoftheEmployee'sdutiesunderthisContract.

7.Termination

EitherpartymayterminatethisContractforcauseatanytimeuponwrittennoticetotheotherparty.IntheeventofterminationbytheEmployerwithoutcause,theEmployershallprovidetheEmployeewithaterminationnoticeinwritingatleast[NoticePeriod]dayspriortotheeffectivedateoftermination.TheEmployeeshallbeentitledtoreceiveanyaccruedbutunpaidsalaryandbenefitsthroughthedateoftermination.

8.GoverningLawandJurisdiction

ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[GoverningJurisdiction],andanydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallbesubjecttotheexclusivejurisdictionofthecourtsof[GoverningJurisdiction].
