VolumeAssessmentVolumeAssessment(CKD):A6L/A4L2011商务政策DealerMarginPolicyThecompletionrateofwholeyearbusinessplanofdealersshallbetakenastheloweststandardforcalculatingthecompletionrateofmonthlyplans.Othersituationswillnotbetracedback.IftheincompletionofmonthlyplanisduetotheaccountbooksealinginadvancebySC,theSCshallprovidetracingbackattheendoftheyearRegionareresponsibletodistributethemonthlydistributionplantothedealers,anddeliverthesignedplantoAudiGeneralsalesdepartment.TheDeliverydeadlinewouldbethe5thworkdayofeverymonth.ThetotalofthemonthlydistributionplanmadebyRegiontothedealersshouldbeinlinewiththebusinessplanofthesameyear.SAandCTareresponsibleforcheckingtheaccuracyoftheplan.Itshallbesubjecttoannualbusinessplanincaseofdeviation.Paymentperiod:each2011商务政策Dealer2011商务政策DealerMarginPolicyCSS销售成绩排名在第76%-900.1%2011商务政策Dealer2011商务政策DealerMarginPolicyCSS-SalesCSS-Sales(A6L/A4L)Toimprovecustomers’satisfactionandthebrandloyaltyofAudiAssessmentTopmostis0.2,dealerswillgetcorrespondingrewardaccordingtorankingontheirperformanceonCSSsalesAssessmentCKDAssessmentRankingonCSSsalesresultsisTop25%,0.2%bonuswillbeobtainedRankingonCSSsalesresultsis26-75%,0.15%bonuswillbeobtainedRankingonCSSsalesresultsis76-90%,0.1%bonuswillbeobtainedRankingonCSSsalesresultsis91-100%,nobonusAssessmentDealerswillbeassessedtwiceayearbaseonthefindingsofthesurveyagent.Onceeveryhalfyear,averageresultsofhalfyearisthebasefor2011商务政策Dealer2011商务政策DealerMarginPolicy用户满意度CSS-销售(A6L/A4L) M=89>A≥65, M=0.2%A<65, M=0ThethirdpartyconsignedbyFAW-VWAudiSalesDivisionwillimplementmysteryshoppingondealersfor6waveseveryyear,theaverageresultof
