4.PriceandPaymentTerms

6.2IftheBuyerfindsanydefectsordiscrepanciesintheGoods,theBuyershallinformtheSellerwithin[InspectionPeriod]afterdelivery.
7.LiabilityandDisputeResolution
7.1IftheSellerfailstodelivertheGoodsordelivertheGoodsthatdonotcomplywiththespecifications,theSellershallbeliableforthefullamountofthelossordamagesufferedbytheBuyer.
7.2AnydisputesarisingfromtheexecutionofthisContractshallberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiationbetweentheparties.Ifthepartiesfailtoreachanagreement,thedisputeshallbesubmittedto[DisputeResolutionBody]forarbitration.
8.GoverningLawandJurisdiction

6.Principal'sAdditionalRightsandInterests

6.2ThePrincipalhastherighttoseekcompensationfromtheSellerforanylossesincurredduetotheSeller'sbreachofContract.

7.Seller'sandThirdParty'sLimitationsofLiability
7.1TheSellershallnotbeliableforanylossordamageresultingfromcircumstancesbeyonditscontrol,includingbutnotlimitedtoforcemajeureevents.
7.2TheThirdPartyshallnotbeliableforanylossordamageresultingfromitsfailuretoperformitsobligationsduetocircumstancesbeyonditscontrol.
8.Seller'sandThirdParty'sDefaultandRestrictiveProvisions
8.1IftheSellerfailstodelivertheGoodsordelivertheGoodsthatdonotcomplywiththespecifications,theSellershallbeliableforthefullamountofthelossordamagesufferedbythePrincipal.
8.2TheSellerandtheThirdPartyshallnotdiscloseanyconfidentialinformationtoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentofthePrincipal.
9.GoverningLawandJurisdiction
ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].
