4.2TheRentershallprovidetheLessorwithevidenceofsuchinsuranceuponrequest.
5.MaintenanceandRepairs:
5.1TheRentershallberesponsibleforallmaintenanceandrepairsoftheEquipment,unlessotherwiseagreeduponbytheparties.
5.2TheRentershallpromptlynotifytheLessorofanydamagetotheEquipmentandshallnotalter,modify,orremoveanypartoftheEquipmentwithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLessor.
6.ReturnofEquipment:
6.1UpontheexpirationorterminationofthisAgreement,theRentershallreturntheEquipmenttotheLessorinthesameconditionasreceived,ordinarywearandtearexcepted.
6.2TheRentershallbearallcostsassociatedwiththereturnoftheEquipment,includingtransportationandinsurance.
7.Termination:
7.1ThisAgreementmaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyuponwrittennoticetotheotherparty,providedthatsuchnoticeisgivenatleast____________dayspriortotheterminationdate.
7.2UponterminationofthisAgreement,theRentershallpaytheLessortheRentfortheremainingperiodoftheRentalTerm.
8.Miscellaneous:

5.3PartyAhastherighttoterminatethisAgreementuponwrittennoticetoPartyBifPartyBfailstoprovidetheEquipmentwithintheagreedtimeframe.
6.PartyB'sObligations:
6.1PartyBshalldelivertheEquipmenttoPartyAingoodworkingorder,freefromanyliensorencumbrances.
6.2PartyBshallmaintaintheEquipmentinasafeandoperableconditionthroughouttheRentalTerm.
7.PartyA'sObligations:
7.1PartyAshallpaytheRenttoPartyBinaccordancewiththeagreedschedule.

8.2PartyBshallprovidePartyAwithanynecessarytrainingforthesafeoperationoftheEquipment.
9.违约及限制条款：

SUMMARYOFTHIRDPARTYINTERVENTIONANDPARTYA'SDOMINANTROLE:
TheinclusionoftheThirdPartyasaguarantorservestoprovideadditionalsecurityforPartyA'sinterests.TheThirdParty'sobligationsundertheguaranteeagreementensurethatPartyAcanrelyonthefinancialstabilityandcommitmentoftheThirdPartytofulfillitsobligationsunderthisAgreement.
PartyA'srightsareprioritizedinthisAgreementtoprotectitsinterests.TherightstoinspecttheEquipment,requestrepairs,andterminatetheAgreementincaseofdelaysprovidePartyAwiththenecessarysafeguardsagainstpotentialbreachesofcontractbyPartyB.
ThepurposeoftheThirdParty'sinvolvementistomitigatetherisksassociatedwiththerentalagreement,whilePartyA'sdominantroleistoensurethatitsbusinessoperationsarenotdisruptedduetotheperformanceornon-performanceoftheAgreement.TheagreementisstructuredtoprotectPartyA'sinterestsandmaintaintheintegrityofitsbusinessactivities.
