5.3Thearbitrationproceedingsshallbeconductedinaccordancewiththerulesoftherelevantarbitrationinstitution.
6.GeneralProvisions
6.1ThisContractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthePartiesandsupersedesallprioragreementsandunderstandings,whetherwrittenororal,relatingtothesubjectmatterofthisContract.
6.2ThisContractmaybeamendedormodifiedonlybywrittenagreementexecutedbybothParties.
6.3ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthejurisdictionwherethePartiesresideorconducttheirbusiness.
