生态保护志愿者护林员招聘合同编号：__________生态保护志愿者护林员招聘合同甲方：__________地址：__________联系方式：__________乙方：__________地址：__________联系方式：__________鉴于：1.甲方致力于生态保护工作，particularlytheprotectionofforestsandbiodiversity,andvaluesthededicationandvoluntaryeffortsofindividualstoachieveitsobjectives.2.乙方愿意参与甲方的生态保护工作，particularlyasavolunteerforestranger,andcontributetotheconservationofforestsandbiodiversity.3.Bothpartiesagreethattherecruitmentofvolunteersisbasedontheprinciplesofvoluntariness,equality,andmutualbenefit.Now,bothpartieshavereachedthefollowingagreement:Article1:ResponsibilitiesoftheVolunteerForestRanger1.1Thevolunteerforestrangershallassistthe甲方inimplementingecologicalprotectionmeasuresintheforestareaunderitsjurisdiction,includingbutnotlimitedtopatrolmonitoring,fireprevention,antipoaching,andenvironmentaleducation.1.2Thevolunteerforestrangershallactivelyparticipateintrainingorganizedthe甲方onecologicalprotectionknowledge,forestmanagement,andemergencyresponse.1.3Thevolunteerforestrangershall遵守lawsandregulationsrelatedtoforestprotectionandconservation,andreportanyillegalactivitiesintheforestareatothe甲方.Article2:DutiesofthePartyA2.1The甲方shallprovidethevolunteerforestrangerwithnecessarytraining,equipment,andinformationtoperformtheirdutieseffectively.2.2The甲方shallarrangeforthevolunteerforestranger'sworkplan,dutyschedule,andtaskallocation,ensuringthatthevolunteerforestrangercanfulfilltheirresponsibilitiesinacoordinatedandefficientmanner.2.4The甲方shallprovideinsurancecoverageforthevolunteerforestrangerduringtheirservice,ensuringtheirsafetyandlegalrights.Article3:DutiesofthePartyB3.1ThevolunteerforestrangershallfaithfullyperformtheirdutiesandobligationsunderthisAgreement,andactivelyparticipateintheecologicalprotectionworkorganizedthe甲方.3.2Thevolunteerforestrangershall遵守thelaws,regulations,andpoliciesofthePeople'sRepublicofChina,andmaintainthereputationandinterestsofthe甲方.3.3Thevolunteerforestrangershallpromptlyreportanychangesintheirpersonalinformationtothe甲方,andupdatetheircontactdetailsasrequired.Article4:TermandTermination4.1ThisAgreementshallbeeffectiveforatermofoneyearfromthedateofsigning,unlessterminatedearliereitherpartyinwriting.4.2eitherpartymayterminatethisAgreementwitha30daypriorwrittennoticetotheotherparty,forreasonssuchasthevolunteerforestranger'sfailuretoperformtheirdutiesorthe甲方'sdissolutionorwindingup.Article5:DisputeResolution5.1AnydisputesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisAgreementshallberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiation.5.2Ifthenegotiationfailstoresolvethedisputes,eitherpartymaysubmitthedisputestotherelevantpeople'scourtwithjurisdictionovertheplacewherethe甲方islocated.Article6:Confidentiality6.1BothpartiesshallkeepconfidentialallinformationobtainedfromtheotherpartyinconnectionwiththeperformanceofthisAgreement,exceptforinformationthatispubliclyavailableorrequiredtobedisclosedapplicablelawsandregulations.6.2Thevolunteerforestrangershallnotusetheinformationobtainedfromthe甲方foranypurposeotherthantheperformanceoftheirdutiesunderthisAgreement.Article7:Miscellaneous7.1ThisAgreementmaybeamendedorsupplementedmutualagreementofbothpartiesinwriting.7.2ThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartieswithrespecttothesubjectmatterhereof,andsupersedesallprioragreements,understandings,negotiations,anddiscussions,whetheroralorwritten,oftheparties.一、附件列表：1.生态保护志愿者护林员招聘合同2.甲方提供的培训资料3.乙方个人简历及身份证明文件4.甲方提供的装备和材料清单5.保险单据6.工作计划的详细安排7.紧急联系方式列表二、违约行为及认定：1.乙方未按合同约定履行护林员职责2.乙方未参加甲方组织的培训和会议3.乙方未遵守相关法律法规和甲方规定4.甲方未按合同约定提供培训、装备和信息更新5.甲方未为乙方提供保险覆盖6.甲方未按时支付乙方志愿服务报酬（如适用）7.任何一方未履行合同中的其他义务三、法律名词及解释：1.生态保护：保护自然生态系统，维护生物多样性和生态平衡。2.志愿者：自愿参与生态保护工作，不获取报酬的个人。3.护林员：负责森林保护和管理的专职或兼职人员。4.培训：为提高乙方工作能力而提供的专业知识和技能的学习。5.保险：为乙方在服务期间提供的人身安全和法律权益保障。6.违约：不履行合同约定的义务。四、执行中遇到的问题及解决办法：1.乙方缺乏经验：甲方应提供详细的培训计划和指导。2.
