b)ItwillusetheservicesprovidedbytheHotelinaccordancewiththetermsandconditionsofthisContract;

c)Itwillcomplywithallapplicablelaws,regulations,andindustrystandards.

SERVICEDESCRIPTION

2.1TheHotelagreestoprovidetheClientwithaccommodation,food,andotherrelatedservicesatitsfacilitylocatedat__________(hereinafterreferredtoas"theHotelProperty").

2.2TheHotelagreestoprovidetheClientwiththefollowingservices:

a)AccommodationintheHotelProperty;

b)AccesstotheHotel'samenities,suchasthegym,swimmingpool,andrestaurant;

c)Breakfastandothermealsasspecifiedinthebooking;

2.3TheHotelreservestherighttomodifyorcancelanyoftheservicesprovidedunderthisContract,providedthatsuchmodificationorcancellationdoesnotmateriallyaffecttheClient'senjoymentoftheservices.

PRICEANDPAYMENT

3.1TheClientagreestopaytheHotelthetotalamountspecifiedinthebookingconfirmation,whichincludesthecostofaccommodation,meals,andotherservicesprovidedbytheHotel.

3.2Paymentshallbemadeinaccordancewiththepaymenttermssetforthinthebookingconfirmation.

3.3IftheClientfailstomakethepaymentinaccordancewiththepaymentterms,theHotelreservestherighttocancelthebookingandretainanyadvancepaymentsmadebytheClient.

TERMANDTERMINATION

4.1ThisContractshallremainineffectforthedurationspecifiedinthebookingconfirmation(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Term").

4.2EitherPartymayterminatethisContractinwriting,upongivingtheotherPartythirty(30)days'priornotice.

4.3Intheeventoftermination,theClientshallbeliableforanyexpensesincurredbytheHoteluptothedateoftermination.

CONFIDENTIALITY

5.1ThePartiesagreetokeepconfidentialanyandallinformationdisclosedbyeitherPartytotheotherduringthenegotiation,execution,orperformanceofthisContract.

5.2TheconfidentialityobligationshallsurvivetheterminationorexpirationofthisContract.

INDEMNIFICATION

6.1TheHotelagreestoindemnifyandholdharmlesstheClientfromandagainstanyandallclaims,liabilities,damages,andexpensesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththeHotel'sbreachofthisContract.

6.2TheClientagreestoindemnifyandholdharmlesstheHotelfromandagainstanyandallclaims,liabilities,damages,andexpensesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththeClient'sbreachofthisContract.

LIMITATIONOFLIABILITY

7.1TheHotelshallnotbeliableforanyindirect,special,incidental,orconsequentialdamagesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththeperformanceornon-performanceofitsobligationsunderthisContract.

7.2TheClientshallnotbeliableforanyindirect,special,incidental,orconsequentialdamagesarisingoutoforinconnectionwiththeperformanceornon-performanceofitsobligationsunderthisContract.
