Shipment知识目标：掌握催促装船函、装船指示和装船通知的基本结构、相关专业术语和典型表达。能力目标：能够根据实际情况运用相关术语和典型句式，准确、流畅地书写各类装运相关信函。Learningobjectives商务知识（Businessknowledge）催装函、装船指示和装船通知的基本结构（Letterstructure）写信注意事项（Tipsforletterwriting）3Introduction商务知识装运的概念和作用买卖双方签订合同后，出口商备货装运。在货物到达买方之前，可能牵涉到的环节是：买方将包装、装运要求发给卖方；买方催促装运，要求卖方提前或准时装运；卖方发出装船通知；卖方通知买方投保等。不管是哪种情况，一般在开头部分都会提及交易中的商品，再就具体情况提出自己的要求外贸货物的运输，是卖方还是买方负责这是由价格条款决定的。如果是C组价格（CFR、CPT、CIF和CIP）,订舱运输等事宜由卖方负责。如果是F组价格（FOB、FCA和FAS）,订舱运输等事宜由买方负责。若买卖双方以CIF价成交，卖方一收到信用证就需要办理装运事宜，装运涉及一系列的工作，包括租船订舱、报关等，卖方通常可以联系专业的货代公司代为办理。当货物装上船只后，船主或货代会给卖方签发提单，卖方准备好信用证中规定的所以单据向银行提交议付。同时，在货物装船后，卖方需立即给买方发出通知。买方若未能及时收到装船通知，需要催促卖方及时装船。商务知识装船指示和装船通知的概念和作用
