我们常说的paper是指“用来书写的纸”或是“用于包装的纸”:A4纸A4paper。当它指一般的纸时是不可数名词,一张纸apieceofpaper;而指代报纸时则是可数名词。eg.Thepaperssoongotholdofthestory.
