2025【英文合同】英文版国际租房合同模板InternationalLeaseAgreementThisInternationalLeaseAgreement("Agreement")isenteredintoasof,2025,byandbetween:1.Landlord(Lessor):Name:Address:Country:Email:Phone:2.Tenant(Lessee):Name:Address:Country:Email:Phone:3.PropertyDescription:Thepropertylocatedat(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"Premises")isthesubjectofthisAgreement.ThePremisesconsistofbedroom(s),bathroom(s),andapproximatelysquaremetersoflivingspace.4.LeaseTerm:Theleasetermshallcommenceon,2025,andshallterminateon,2026,unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththetermsofthisAgreement(the"LeaseTerm").5.Rent:Thetenantagreestopayrenttothelandlordintheamountofpermonth(peryear).Therentshallbedueonthedayofeachmonthandmustbepaidin(currency).Paymentsshallbemadevia[insertpaymentmethod,e.g.,banktransfer,creditcard]tothefollowingaccount:BankName:AccountHolder:AccountNumber:RoutingNumber(ifapplicable):LatePayment:Rentpaymentsreceivedafterthedayofthemonthshallincuralatefeeofperday.6.SecurityDeposit:Thetenantshalldeposittheequivalentofmonth(s)ofrentasasecuritydeposit,totaling.Thesecuritydepositshallbeheldbythelandlordinaninterest-bearingaccount(ifapplicable)andshallbereturnedtothetenantwithindaysaftertheterminationofthisAgreement,providedthatthePremisesarereturnedintheiroriginalcondition(normalwearandtearexcepted)andallobligationsunderthisAgreementhavebeenfulfilled.7.UseofPremises:ThetenantagreestousethePremisessolelyforresidentialpurposesandfornootherlawfulpurposewithoutthepriorwrittenconsentofthelandlord.ThePremisesmaynotbesubletorassignedwithoutthelandlord'swrittenapproval.8.MaintenanceandRepairs:a)Landlord'sResponsibilities:Thelandlordisresponsibleforstructuralrepairs,includingbutnotlimitedto,theroof,walls,andfoundation.Thelandlordshallalsomaintainexteriorheatingandcoolingsystems,plumbing,andelectricalsystems.b)Tenant'sResponsibilities:ThetenantisresponsibleformaintainingthePremisesingoodcondition,includingroutinemaintenance,cleaning,andrepairstoappliances,fixtures,andsystemswithinthePremises.Thetenantshallnotifythelandlordpromptlyofanyneededrepairsordamages.9.UtilitiesandServices:Thetenantshallberesponsibleforpayingallutilities,includingbutnotlimitedtoelectricity,water,gas,internet,andtrashremoval.Thetenantshallprovidethelandlordwithcopiesofpaymentreceiptsuponrequest.10.AlterationsandImprovements:ThetenantmaynotmakestructuralalterationsorimprovementstothePremiseswithoutthepriorwrittenconsentofthelandlord.AnyalterationsorimprovementsmadebythetenantshallbecomethepropertyofthelandlordattheendoftheLeaseTermunlessotherwiseagreedinwriting.11.Insurance:Thetenantisrequiredtomaintainrenter'sinsurancecoveringpersonalpropertyandliability.ThelandlordshallmaintaininsuranceforthePremisesinaccordancewithlocallaws.Bothpartiesshallprovideproofofinsurancetotheotheruponrequest.12.TerminationandSurrenderofPremises:a)EitherpartymayterminatethisAgreementwithdays'writtennotice,providedthatallobligationsunderthisAgreementhavebeenfulfilled.b)Upontermination,thetenantshallvacatethePremisesandreturnthemintheiroriginalcondition(normalwearandtearexcepted).ThelandlordshallinspectthePremiseswithindaysaftervacatingandprovideadetailedlistofdeductionsfromthesecuritydeposit,ifany.13.GoverningLaw:ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsofthecountrywherethePremisesarelocated.DisputesarisingfromthisAgreementshallberesolvedthrougharbitrationinaccordancewiththerulesoftheInternationalChamberofCommerce.14.Notices:Allnotices,demands,orothercommunicationsrequiredorpermittedunderthisAgreementshallbeinwritingandshallbedeemedtohavebeendulygivenwhendeliveredpersonally,sentbyregisteredorcertifiedmail(returnreceiptrequested),orsentbyemailtotheaddressesspecifiedabove.15.EntireAgreement:ThisAgreementconstitutestheentireunderstandingbetweenthepartiesandsupersedesallprioragreements,understandings,negotiations,anddiscussions,whetheroralorwritten,withrespecttothesubjectmatterhereof.16.Amendments:ThisAgreementmaynotbeamendedormodifiedexceptbyawrittenagreementsignedbybothparties.17.Waiver:NowaiverofanyprovisionofthisAgreementshallbeeffectiveunlessmadeinwritingandsignedbythepartyagainstwhomthewaiverissoughttobeenforced.ThefailureofeitherpartytoenforceanyprovisionofthisAgreementshallnotbeconstruedasawaiverofsuchprovisionoroftherighttoenforcesuchprovisionatalatertime.18.Severability:IfanyprovisionofthisAgreementisfoundtobeinvalidorunenforceable,theremainingprovisionsshallremaininfullforceandeffect.19.Counterparts:ThisAgreementmaybeexecutedincounterparts,eachofwhichshallbedeemedanoriginal,butallofwhichtogethershallconstituteoneandthesameinstrument.INW
