2.1TheClubagreestoprovidetheMemberwithaccesstotheonlineclubservices,includingbutnotlimitedto,forums,chatrooms,andotherinteractivefeatures.

2.2TheClubreservestherighttomodify,suspend,orterminatetheonlineclubservicesatanytimewithoutpriornoticetotheMember.

2.3TheMemberagreestousetheonlineclubservicesinaccordancewiththeClub'srulesandregulations.

3.FeesandPayment

3.1TheMembershallpaythemembershipfeeasspecifiedintheattachedMembershipApplicationForm.

3.2TheClubmay,atitssolediscretion,increasethemembershipfeeatanytimeuponprovidingtheMemberwithpriornotice.

3.3AllfeesshallbepaidinfullupontheexecutionofthisContract.

4.Confidentiality

4.1ThePartiesagreetokeepallconfidentialinformationdisclosedbytheotherPartystrictlyconfidentialandnottodisclosesuchinformationtoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheotherParty.

4.2Confidentialinformationshallinclude,butnotbelimitedto,theMember'spersonalinformation,theClub'sbusinesssecrets,andanyotherinformationdesignatedasconfidentialbyeitherParty.

5.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

5.1ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof__________.
