2.2PartyAshallbeobligatedto:

2.2.1ComplywiththeClub'srulesandregulations,includingbutnotlimitedtothedresscode,noiselevel,andusageoffacilities;

2.2.2AbidebytheClub'spoliciesandproceduresregardingmembershipconductandbehavior;

2.2.3NotifytheClubofanychangesincontactinformationoraddresswithin[NumberofDays]daysofsuchchanges.

3.FeesandPayments:

3.1PartyAshallpaythemembershipfeeasspecifiedinExhibitA.ThefeeshallbedueandpayableuponexecutionofthisContract.

3.2Intheeventoflatepayment,PartyAshallbesubjecttoalatefeeof[Percentage]ofthetotalmembershipfee,calculatedfromtheduedateuntilthedateofpayment.

5.2PartyAagreestoindemnifyandholdtheClubharmlessfromanyclaims,demands,actions,orcausesofactionarisingoutoforinconnectionwithPartyA'suseoftheClub'sfacilitiesorparticipationinClubactivities.

6.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution:

6.1ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].
