NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandpromisescontainedherein,thepartiesheretoagreeasfollows:

1.EMPLOYMENTPOSITIONANDDUTIES:

TheEmployeeshallperformthefollowingdutiesandresponsibilitiesattheEmployer'sclub,subjecttotheEmployer'sreasonabledirectionandsupervision:

a.Assistinthemanagementandoperationoftheclub,includingbutnotlimitedto:greetingmembers,answeringphones,andhandlingcustomerinquiries;

b.PerformotherdutiesasassignedbytheEmployerfromtimetotime.

2.EMPLOYMENTTERM:

ThetermofthisAgreementshallcommenceon[StartDate]andshallcontinueuntil[EndDate],unlessterminatedearlierinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthisAgreement.

3.HOURSOFWORK:
