信号机的设置天津铁道职业技术学院铁路信号基础设备维护信号机的设置车站设进站、出站信号机。根据需要，作业量较大的车站可设进路信号机、调车信号机和复示信号机。作业较为单一的中间站、越行站列车进路上可不设调车信号机。（一）进站信号机设置进站信号机的设置位置应符合现行《铁路技术管理规程》的相关规定。进站信号机采用采用“黄、绿、红、黄、白”五灯位高柱信

号机。桥、隧地段信号机以及高柱信号机构外缘与接触网带电部分不符合安全距离要求时可采用七灯位矮型信号机。当矮型进站信号机设于线路右侧时，定型配置的三、四灯位机构换位，使红灯位于线路侧，如图8-29所示。进站信号机不应设置在电分相区及附近一定范围内，因为电分相区一般设置在区间，为无电区，当采用无电过分相方案时，信号机的设置地点需要符合列车停车后启动以及启动后能够以惯性渡过无电区。因此信号机不能设置在分相区内，还要考虑距分相区一定的距离，该距离要符合列车启动后能够以惯性渡过无电区。在进站信号机外方900m、1000m、1100m处应设置预告标。1.HomeSignalSettingThelocationofthehomesignalsshallbeinaccordancewiththerelevantprovisionsofthecurrentRailwayTechnicalManagementRegulations.Thehomesignalsshallbe"yellow,green,red,yellowandwhite"five-lighthighsignals.Seven-lightdwarfsignalscanbeusedwhentheouteredgeofthesignalmechanismandtheoverheadcontactsystemdonotmeetthesafetydistancerequirements.Whenthedwarfhomesignalsaresettotherightoftheline,thethreeandfourlightpositionmechanismsinthestereotypeconfigurationareswitchedsothattheredlightisonthelineside,asshowninFigure8-29.Homesignalsshouldnotbelocatedinandaroundtheelectricneutralsection,astheelectricneutralsectionisgenerallylocatedinthesection,whichisapower-freezone.Whenapower-freeover-phasingschemeisused,thesignalsneedtobelocatedinsuchawaythatthetraincanstartafterstoppingandcancrossthepower-freezonewithinertiaafterstarting.Therefore,thesignalsmustnotbelocatedintheneutralsection,butmustalsobelocatedacertaindistancefromtheneutralsection,sothatthetraincancrossthepower-freezonewithinertiaafterstarting.Warningsignsforapproachingastationshouldbeprovidedat900m,1000mand1100moutsidethehomesignal.SignalSetting

Stationsareequippedwithhomeanddeparturesignals.Accordingtotheneed,stationswithalargeamountofworkloadcanbeequippedwithroutesignals,shuntingsignalsandrepeatingsignals.Intermediatestationsandovertakingstationswithasingleoperationmaynothaveshuntingsignalsonthetrainroute.

（二）出站信号机设置出站信号机应设在距警冲标不小于55m(含过走防护距离50m)的地点，或距最近的对向道岔尖轨尖端不小于50m的地点。有时受地形地貌、施工条件等限制，遇个别车站股道有效长不足以及站台严重偏置等情况时，可采取按客货共线标准将出站信号机设在距警冲标5m的地点、优化出站信号机外方应答器布置以及在相应股道中部增加校核列车位置的无源应答器组等措施，经报部批准后实施。出站信号机及发车进路信号机采用“红、绿、白”三灯位矮型信号机。与传统的出站信号机不同，增加了引导信号，可以在因发车进路轨道电路故障或出站信号机允许灯光断丝情况下，以引导方式将列车发至区间。出站信号机必须在要求地面信号机点灯的情况下才能开放引导信号，点亮红色灯光和月白色灯光。

（三）调车信号机设置根据需要设置调车信号机，常态为一个蓝色灯光。正线上无特殊需求不设调车信号机。动车组运行径路上的调车信号机应设在距警冲标不小于5m处。其他径路上的调车信号机应设在距警冲标不小于3.5m处。设有调车危险应答器的调车信号机应尽量远离警冲标或防护道岔。调车信号机应采用现行规定的矮型调车信号机。尽头到发线上阻挡列车运行的调车信号机采用出站信号机机构并封闭绿色灯光。

TheDeparturesignalshallbelocatednotlessthan55mfromthefoulingpost(including50moverwalkingprotectiondistance)ornotlessthan50mfromthetipofthenearestswitchrail.Insomecases,duetotopography,constructionconditionsandotherrestrictions,whentheeffectivelengthofindividualtracksinstationisinsufficientandtheplatformisseriouslydeviated,measuressuchaslocatingtheoutofdeparturesignalbaliseatalocation5mfromthefoulingpost,optimizingthelayoutoftheoutofdeparturesignalbaliseandaddingapassivetranspondersetinthemiddleofthecorrespondingtracktocheckthepositionoftrainscanbetakenandimplementedafterapprovalbytheMinistry.Thehomesignalandroutesignalfordepartureuse"red,greenandwhite"three-lightshortsignals(Figure8-30).Unliketheconventionaldeparturesignal,thecalling-onsignalhasbeenaddedtoallowtrainstobeguidedtothesectionintheeventofafaultinthedepartureroutetrackcircuitorifthedeparturesignalallowsthelightstobreak.Thedeparturesignalmustbeopenonlyifthetracksidesignalisrequiredtobelit,lightingtheredlightandthemoonwhitelight.

3.ShuntingSignalSetting
