RentalAgreementThisRentalAgreement(the"Agreement")ismadeandenteredintoasof[startdate]in2024byandbetweenthefollowingparties:Landlord:Name:[Landlord'sfullname]Address:[Landlord'saddress]ContactNumber:[Phonenumber]Tenant:Name:[Tenant'sfullname]Address:[Tenant'scurrentaddress]ContactNumber:[Phonenumber]1.PremisesTheLandlordherebyleasestotheTenant,andtheTenantherebyleasesfromtheLandlord,thepremiseslocatedat[rentalpropertyaddress](the"Premises").2.TermThetermofthislease(the"Term")shallcommenceon[startdate]andshallexpireon[enddate].3.RentTheTenantshallpaytotheLandlordamonthlyrentof[rentamount](the"Rent").TheRentshallbedueandpayableinadvanceonthe[duedate]ofeachmonth.TheTenantshallpaytheRentby[paymentmethod,e.g.,banktransfertothefollowingaccount:Bankname:[bankname],Accountnumber:[accountnumber],Sortcode:[sortcode]].4.SecurityDepositTheTenantshallpaytotheLandlordasecuritydepositof[depositamount](the"SecurityDeposit")uponsigningthisAgreement.TheSecurityDepositshallbeheldbytheLandlordduringtheTermandshallbereturnedtotheTenantwithin[numberofdays]daysaftertheexpirationoftheTerm,subjecttoanydeductionsfordamagestothePremises,unpaidrent,orotheramountsowedbytheTenanttotheLandlordinaccordancewiththisAgreement.5.UseofPremisesThePremisesshallbeusedsolelyasaprivateresidencebytheTenantandtheTenant'simmediatefamilymembers.TheTenantshallnotusethePremisesforanycommercialpurposesoranyillegalactivities.6.MaintenanceandRepairs-TheTenantshallkeepthePremisesclean,safe,andingoodorder.TheTenantisresponsibleforminorrepairsandmaintenance,suchaschanginglightbulbsanduncloggingdrains.-TheLandlordshallberesponsibleformajorstructuralrepairsandmaintenanceofthePremises.However,theTenantshallpromptlynotifytheLandlordofanysignificantdamageornecessaryrepairs.7.UtilitiesTheTenantshallberesponsibleforpayingallutilities,includingbutnotlimitedtoelectricity,gas,water,andinternet,duringtheTerm.TheTenantshallensurethatallutilityaccountsarekeptingoodstandingandshallnotallowanydisconnectionofservicesduetonon-payment.8.AlterationsTheTenantshallnotmakeanystructuralalterationsorsignificantmodificationstothePremiseswithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.Anynon-structuralalterations,suchaspainting,shallbeapprovedbytheLandlordinwriting,andtheTenantshallrestorethePremisestoitsoriginalconditionupontheexpirationoftheTerm,exceptfornormalwearandtear.9.SublettingTheTenantshallnotsubletorassignanypartofthePremiseswithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheLandlord.10.Termination-EitherpartymayterminatethisAgreementupon[numberofdays]days'writtennoticetotheotherpartyintheeventofamaterialbreachofthisAgreementbytheotherparty.-Intheeventoftermination,theTenantshallvacatethePremisesontheterminationdateandreturnthePremisestotheLandlordinthesameconditionaswhenreceived,exceptfornormalwearandtear.11.InsuranceTheTenantshallobtainandmaintainrenter'sinsurancetocovertheTenant'spersonalpropertyandliabilitywhileoccupyingthePremises.12.GoverningLawThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[governingjurisdiction].13.EntireAgreementThisAgreementconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartieswithrespecttothesubjectmatterhereofandsupersedesallpriororalorwrittenagreementsandunderstandingsrelatingtothesame.INWITNESSWHEREOF,thepartieshav
