Theextracted(actual)centerlineshouldbeconfinedwithinacylindricalsurfacewithadiameterofφ0.08mm.Theaxisofthiscylindricalsurfacemustbepositionedwithinthetheoreticallycorrectlocation,whichisdeterminedbythereferenceplanesC,A,B,andthetheoreticaldimensions100and68.[RelatedKnowledge]II.PositionToleranceErrorandEvaluation
Positiontoleranceerrorreferstothevariationbetweentheactualmeasuredfeatureandtheidealfeature.Theacceptanceconditionisthatthepositiontoleranceerrormustnotexceedthepositiontolerancevalue.Inthemenubar,clickon"ShapeandPosition"→"PositionTolerance".Underthe"Properties"tab,the"PositionTolerance"iconwillappear.Double-clicktoopen,whichwillbringupthe"PositionTolerance"dialogbox.Themeaningofeachiconinthe"PositionTolerance"dialogboxisasshowninthefigure.Inthe"PositionTolerance"dialogbox,selectthemeasuredelementatthe"Element"button,setthereference,andmodifytheidentificationandtolerancevaluestocompletetheevaluationofthepositiontoleranceerror.[RelatedKnowledge]III.PositionalToleranceErrorDataAnalysis
