groupsafterfourmonths.However,atiheendoftheyear,thegroupthatchangedbothdietand
exerciseatthesametimewastheonlyonethatmetthenationallyrecommendedtargetsforboth
exerciseandnutritionlevels,whilethosewhoworkedonimprovingtheirnutritionfirstwereunable
