二零二五年度智慧家居施工合同中英对照，含智能家居系统ThisContractofSmartHomeConstructionfortheYear2025(hereinafterreferredtoas"theContract")ishereenteredintoandbetweenthefollowingparties:__________(hereinafterreferredtoas"PartyA"),withlegaladdressat__________,and__________(hereinafterreferredtoas"PartyB"),withlegaladdressat__________.WHEREAS,PartyAiswillingtoundertaketheconstructionprojectofsmarthomesystemsforPartyB,andPartyBiswillingtoaccepttheconstructionprojectfromPartyA.NOW,THEREFORE,inconsiderationofthemutualcovenantsandagreementshereinaftersetforth,thepartiesheretoagreeasfollows:1.ProjectScopePartyAshallundertaketheconstructionprojectofsmarthomesystemsforPartyB,includingthefollowingscope:1.1Design,procurement,installation,anddebuggingofsmarthomesystems;1.2TrainingforPartyB'spersonnelontheuseandmaintenanceofsmarthomesystems;2.ProjectDurationTheconstructionperiodofthesmarthomesystemprojectshallbe__________months,startingfrom__________andendingon__________.3.PaymentTerms3.1Thetotalamountoftheprojectis__________yuan.Thepaymentscheduleisasfollows:a)UponsigningthisContract,PartyBshallpay__________%(__________yuan)ofthetotalamountasadownpaymenttoPartyA;3.2PartyAshallprovidePartyBwithdetailedinvoicesforeachpaymentstage,andPartyBshallmakepaymentaccordingtotheagreedschedule.4.QualityRequirements4.1PartyAshallensurethatthequalityofthesmarthomesystemsmeetstherequirementsofrelevantnationalandindustrystandards.4.2Duringtheconstructionperiod,PartyAshallperformregularinspectionsandmaintenancetoensurethequalityoftheproject.4.3Intheeventofqualityissues,PartyAshalltakeresponsibilityfortroubleshootingandrectification.5.IntellectualPropertyRights5.1AllintellectualpropertyrightsofthesmarthomesystemsdesignedanddevelopedPartyAshallbelongtoPartyA.5.2PartyBshallnotcopy,modify,orsellthesmarthomesystemswithoutthepriorwrittenconsentofPartyA.6.TerminationandDisputeResolution6.1EitherpartymayterminatethisContractuponpriorwrittennoticetotheotherpartyiftheotherpartyfailstoperformitsobligationsunderthisContract.6.2IntheeventofanydisputesarisingfromtheexecutionofthisContract,thepartiesshallstrivetosettlethemthroughfriendlynegotiations.Ifthedisputescannotberesolvedthroughnegotiations,theyshallbesubmittedtothepeople'scourtattheplacewherePartyAislocatedfortrial.7.Miscellaneous7.1ThisContractisgovernedthelawsofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.7.2ThisContractisexecutedinduplicate,eachcopyisequallyeffective,andbothpartiesshallkeeponecopy.INWITNESSWHEREOF,thepartiesheretohaveexecutedthisContractasofthedatefirstabovewritten.PartyA:__________PartyB:__________Representative:__________Representative:__________Date:__________Date:___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
