Thinkconveniencetobuy.Convenienceisthekeytomoresales.Mostofyourcustomerschooseaproductbasedontheconvenienceofpurchase.Thefocusshouldbeon-:toresearchandfindoutallthechannelsofdistributionyourcustomersconsiderwhilemakingapurchase;towalkonyourcustomer’spathandsellingyourproductonthechannelsheissearchingon;toremoveallthebarriersyourcustomersfacewhilebuyingyourproduct.Theconvenienceaspectofmarketing4C’sisoftenneglectedbybusinesseswhoprioritizegreaterprofitmarginsovercustomer’sconvenience.However,convenienceresultinmorebenefitstothebrandinthelongrun.
