写作方法指导

第一部分：

(1)书面通知的常见形式有一般通知、布告、海报等。时间、地点、参加者、内容及注

意事项是通知的要点，应直截了当予以说明。一般在通知的正文上方居中写标题Notice或

Announcemento书面通知一定要有发通知的时间及落款。

(2)口头通知一般没有标题，也没有发出通知的时间。发布口头通知首先需说明被通知

的对象，在正文前面加称呼。另外，口头通知中常使用"Bequite,please!"或"Maylhaveyour

attention?"或"Attention,please!"等以引起注意。口头通知可以用比较随意的语言。结束语常

用"That，sall."表明通知的结束。另外结尾处常有"Thankyou.”之类的客套语。

第二部分：

包括通知的对象、事由、时间、地点等。语言应简洁明了，条理清晰，要求明确,特别是

时间概念很重要，必须写得十分明确，不容丝毫含糊。

第三部分：

(1)口头通知结尾常说all.Thankall.Thankyou.或Thankyouforlistening.等，以示礼貌。口头

通知无需说明发布通知的日期和发布通知的人(单位)。

(2)书面通知没有结束语。但是应明确写出通知的单位和日期。通知的发布单位常写在正

文结束的右下角，也可以写在Notice的上方或前面，发布通知的日期一般写在正文的右下角

(在落款的下一行)或写在通知正文的右上角(在Notice的下一行)。
