271工程概况1.1工程简介本工程为南京市某高层空调系统设计,该建筑总建筑面积为10307.55㎡,共15层,建筑高度高度49.8m。1.2设计参数1.2.1室外气象参数.室外参数夏季空调室外干球温度℃夏季空调室外湿球温度℃夏季空调室外计算日平均温度℃34.828.131.2夏季室外平均风速(m/s)夏季空调大气透明度等级夏季室外大气压(Pa)2.651004301.2.2室内设计参数1)夏季室内设计温度24℃夏季室内设计湿度60%2)冬季室内设计参数20℃冬季室内设计湿度40%3)空调区人员密度4㎡/人1.2.3建筑结构参数1)屋顶属于Ⅲ型,传热系数K=0.45[W/(㎡·K)],由上至下分别为:(1)钢筋混凝土板30mm;(2)水泥砂浆20mm;(3)卷材防水层;(4)水泥砂浆找平层20mm;(5)保温层,沥青膨胀珍珠岩150mm;(6)隔汽层;(7)现浇钢筋混凝土屋面板70mm;(8)内粉刷。2)外墙属于Ⅱ型,传热系数K=0.5W/(㎡·K),由外至内分别为(1)水泥砂浆抹灰;(2)钢筋混凝土板350mm(3)木丝板;3)内墙属于Ⅵ型,传热系数K=0.95w/m·K,由内至外分别为(1)白灰粉刷(2)加气混凝土板200mm(3)白灰粉刷4)外窗采用钢制单框灰色浮法玻璃+透明浮法玻璃(双玻璃),玻璃比例为80%,厚度4mm+4mm遮挡系数CS=0.63;窗户尺寸见图纸。外窗使用白色活动百叶45°为遮挡物,遮阳系数Ci=0.60。内窗采用钢制普通单框透明普通单层玻璃,玻璃比例为80%,厚度为3mm,遮挡系数CS=1.0窗户尺寸见图纸。5)外门和外窗采用钢制单框灰色浮法玻璃+透明浮法玻璃(双玻璃),玻璃比例为80%,厚度10mm+6mm遮挡系数CS=0.40,不设置遮挡物;其尺寸见图纸。6)以上建筑结构参数均符合建筑节能标准。2空调方案的确定2.1空调末端系统的选择2.1.1空调末端系统的分类空调系统可以分为全空气系统和空气—水系统。(1)全空气系统全空气系统是完全由空气来承担房间的冷热负荷的系统。一个全空气空调系统通过输送冷空气向房间提供显热冷量和潜热冷量,或输送热空气向房间提供热量,对空气的冷却、去湿或加热、加湿处理完全由集中于空调机房内的空气处理机组来完成;而对输送到房间内的空气的加热可在空调机房内完成,也可在各房间内完成。全空气系统又可按送风参数的数量分为单送风参数系统和双(多)送风参数系统;按送风量是否恒定可分为定风量系统和变风量系统;按所使用空气来源可分为全新风(直流式)系统、再循环(封闭式)系统和回风式(混合式)系统。(2)空气—水系统空气—水系统是由空气和水共同来承担空调房间冷、热负荷的系统,除了向房间内送入经处理的空气外,还在房间内设有以水作介质的末端设备对室内空气进行冷却或加热。根据在房间内末端设备的形式可分为以下三种系统:空气—水风机盘管系统:在房间内设置风机盘管的空气—水系统空气—水诱导器系统:在房间内设置诱导器(带有盘管)的空气—水系统空气—水辐射板系统:在房间内设置辐射板(供冷或采暖)的空气—水系统2.1.2空调系统形式的选用原则(1)全空气系统在机房内对空气进行集中处理,空气处理机组有多种处理功能和较强的处理能力,尤其有较强的除湿能力。因此适用于冷负荷密度大、潜热负荷大(室内热湿比小)或对室内含尘浓度有严格控制要求的场所,例如人员密度大的大餐厅、火锅餐厅、剧场、酒店、有净化要求的场所等。系统经常需要维修的是空气处理设备,全空气系统的空气处理设备集中于机房内,维修方便,且不影响空调房间的使用,因此全空气系统也适用于房间装修高级、常年使用的房间,例如候机大厅、宾馆的大堂等。但是全空气系统有较大的风管及需要空调机房,在建筑层高低、建筑面积紧张的场所,它的应用受到限制。(2)高大空间的场所宜选用全空气定风量系统。在这些场所,为使房间内的温度均匀,需要有一定的送风量,故应选用全空气定风量系统。因此,像体育馆比赛大厅、候机大厅、大车间等宜选用全空气定风量空调系统。(3)一个系统有多个房间或区域,各房间的负荷参差不齐,运行时间不完全相同,且各自有不同的要求时,宜选用全空气系统中的变风量系统、空气—水风机盘管系统、空气—水诱导器系统等。如果这些系统中有多个房间的负荷密度大、湿负荷较大,应选用单风道变风量系统或双风道系统。空气—水风机盘管系统、空气—水辐射板系统和空气—水诱导器系统适用于负荷密度不大、湿负荷也较小的场所,如客房、人员密度不大的办公室等。(4)一个系统有多个房间,又需要避免各个房间污染物互相传播时,如医院病房的空调系统,应采用空气—水风机盘管系统、一次风为新风的诱导器系统或空气—水辐射板系统。设置于房间内的盘管最好干工况运行。(5)旧建筑加装空调系统,比较适宜的系统是空气—水系统;一般不宜采用全空气集中空调系统。因为空气—水系统中的房间负荷主要由水来承担,携带同样冷、热量的水管远比风管小很多,在旧建筑中布置或穿楼层较为容易;空气—水系统中的空气系统一般是新风系统,风量相对较少,且可分层、分区设置,这样风管尺寸很小,便于布置、安装。如果必须采用全空集中空调时,也应尽量将系统划分得小一些。2.1.3各类房间的空调系统形式1)档案室、多功能厅的空调系统档案室、多功能厅的特点是:建筑空间大,装饰装修复杂,冷负荷中湿负荷较大,室内的污染物(灰尘和细菌)情况比较恶略,一般来说不宜采用风机盘管加新风系统。原因如下:①盘管数量为2—3排,除湿能力有限;②空气过滤器效率很低,并不能加装中效过滤器;③制冷量小,装设太多的风机盘管,不方便管理和维修。一般来说在档案室、多功能厅中宜采用全空气单风道变风量系统,原因如下:①机组安置在机房,便于运转和维修管理,空气过滤充分良好;振动、噪声传播问题较少;②送风量较大,换气充分,空气污染小;特别是过渡季节可实现全新风运行,大大节约运行能耗;③分区数少时,设备费用比其他方式少。之所以选择变风量,是因为定风量系统全年的风机送风动力大,不符合节能的理念;而且由于不能适应某一个空调区域的负荷变化,而导致各个送风区域之间存在温度波动。所以,在大型建筑中,采用变风量空调方式会更好。空调选用组合式空气处理机组。它可以有较大的空气去湿和过滤能力,从功能来说,是比较理想的设备;当然,它需要占用一个机房。2)办公区、值班室等的空调系统当办公区,值班室的规模相对较大时,它的空调方式应该采用中央空调并且具备集中的空调冷源热源。办公区、值班室空调采用风机盘管加新风系统。应该设立独立的新风系统,既要保证室内的卫生要求,维持室内正压,又要通过新风换气,防止房间产生一些不良气味。新风机组将新风处理到室内空气的焓值,风机盘管承担室内冷热负荷,新风机组负担新风本身负荷。风机盘管的新风供给方式主要有以下几种方式:①房间缝隙自然渗透的无组织渗风,造成室内温度不均匀,卫生条件恶略,这种方式只适用于人少、无正压要求的房间。②墙洞引入新风直接引入风机盘管,保证新风质量,新风负荷变化直接影响室内负荷,仅适用于对室内条件要求不高且新风系统布置困难的情况。③设置独立的新风系统,将新风处理到一定参数后,再送入室内。这时新风送入室内有以下两种方式:一是直接引入风机盘管吸入端,与房间回风进行混合后,再被风机盘管冷却(或加热)后送入室内。其优点是比较简单,缺点是一旦风机盘管停机后,新风将从回风口吹出,而回风口一般都设有过滤器,此时过滤器上的灰尘极易被吹入房间。其次,如果新风冷却到低于室内温度,会直接导致风机盘管进风温度降低,从而降低了风机盘管的出力。因此,一般不推荐采用这种送风方式。本设计采用第二种方式,即新风与风机盘管的送风并联送出,可以混合后再送出,也可以各自单独送入室内。这种系统从安装方面稍微复杂一些,但避免了上述两条缺点,卫生条件好。3)门厅的空调系统门厅的空调多数采用两种方式,即全空气低风速空调系统和风机盘管加新风系统。一般可以采用散流器送风或者条缝形风口送风,但应该注意其风口的布置应与建筑装修相配合,喷口侧送风方式普遍应用于高大的中庭2.1.4末端系统形式的确定全空气系统在机房内对空气进行集中处理,空气处理机组有多种处理功能和处理能力,尤其是有较强的除湿能力。因此适用于冷负荷密度大、前热负荷大(室内热湿比小)或对室内含尘浓度有严格控制要求的场所,例如人员密度大的大餐厅、火锅店、剧场、酒店及有净化要求的场所。一个系统有多个房间或区域,各房间的负荷参差不齐,运行时间不完全相同,且各自有不同的要求时,宜选用全空气系统中的变风量系统、空气—水风机盘管系统、空气—水诱导系统等。空气—水风机盘管系统、空气—水辐射板系统和空气—水诱导器系统适用于负荷密度不大。湿负荷也较小的场合,如客房、人员密度不大的办公室等。选用风机盘管加独立新风系统。风机盘管加独立新风系统属于半集中式空调系统,具有多种优点:可独立控制室温,适用于面积较小的多房间;风量调节方便,可满足一般噪声要求;占用空间小,利于降低建筑层高。但其易产生吊顶水患,且因盘管藏污纳垢而滋生细菌。人群本身和活动产生的污染物得到稀释,空气品质良好(2)保证房间正压要求空调房间要防止外界未经处理的空气的渗透,以避免房间清洁度和室内参数受到外界的干扰,需要维持空调区一定的正压值,通过增加一部分新风量的办法,使室内空气压力大于外界压力,然后再通过房间门窗缝隙等不严密处将这部分多余的空气渗透出去。舒适性空调室内正压值有严格的区间要求,一般采用5Pa的正压值就可满足要求。当室内正压值为10Pa左右时,为保持室内的正压所需的风量,每小时约为1.0—1.5次换气,舒适性空调的新风量基本都能满足此要求。2.2空调系统水力计算2.2.1选择管材和管道直径水系统管道直径的确定方式与风系统管道直径的确定方式相同,均采用假定流速法。对于管内流速,查阅相关规范,具体数据见下表。闭式系统管内流速推荐值管径/mm1520253240506580100125水流速/m/s0.4~0.50.5-0.60.6-0.70.7-0.90.8-1.00.9-1.21.1-1.41.2-1.461.3-1.81.5-22.2.2空调系统最不利环路系统水力计算计算公式计算摩擦阻力系数的公式采用的是柯列勃洛克-怀特公式。b.管段损失=沿程损失+局部损失即:Pg=ΣPl+ΣPd。c.Pdn=Pd1+Σ(Pm×L+Pz)。根据上以上计算公式,得到各层系统最不利环路水力计算表,如下表:1层水力计算表最不利环路阻力(Pa)120220最有利环路阻力44250楼层内不平衡率63.20%编号Q(W)G(kg/h)L(m)D(mm)υ(m/s)R(Pa/m)ΣξΔPy(Pa)ΔPj(Pa)ΔP(Pa)不平衡率FG132160055315.23.31251.14117.07038603860.00%FG226070044840.45.641001.44242.911.51369155229210.00%FG325530043911.66.021001.41233.231.361404135027540.00%FG424990042982.84.331001.38223.740.19699510640.00%FG524630042363.62.741001.36217.523.1595286434590.00%FG672001238.41.81250.56218.72339746886562.50%FG7135000232205.3801.25257.8461365470260670.00%FG872001238.41.81250.56218.72339746886557.20%FG912060020743.25.93801.12207.361229375249810.00%FG1072001238.41.81250.56218.72339746886551.50%FG1110980018885.67.72801.02172.9861336311044460.00%FG1272001238.41.42250.56218.7233104687784
