Foreword

ThisstandardisformulatedbyShanghaiXianDaiArchitecturalDesign(Group)Co.,Ltd.jointlywiththerelevantorganizationsaccordingtotherequirementsof"NoticeonPrintingtheDevelopmentandRevisionPlanofNationalEngineeringConstructionStandardsin2011"(JianBiao【2011NO.17)issuedbyMinistryofHousingandUrban-RuralDevelopment.

Duringtheprocessofformulatingthisstandard,thedraftinggrouprevisedStandardforDesignofIntelligentBuildingGB/T50314-2006bycarryingoutextensiveinvestigation,carefullysummarizingthepracticalexperience,referringtorelevantinternationalstandardandforeignadvancedstandardsandwidelysolicitingopinions.

Thisstandardisdividedinto18chapterswiththemaintechnicalcontentsasfollows:generalprovisions,terms,engineeringarchitecture,designfactors,house,officebuilding,hotelbuilding,culturalbuilding,museumbuilding,theatricalbuilding,exhibitionbuilding,educationalbuilding,financialarchitecture,transportationbuilding,medicalbuilding,sportsarchitecture,storebuildingandgeneralindustrialbuilding.

Themaintechnicalcontentsrevisedinthisstandardare:

(1)Chapter3"EngineeringArchitecture"lisaddedaccordingtotheneedofdesignofintelligentbuildingengineering;

(2)Theclassificationofintelligentbuildingisadjustedaccordingly;

(3)Timelytechnicalpromotion,supplement,improvementandnecessarymodificationarecarriedoutforthecontentsofotherchapters.

Theprovisionsprintedinboldtypeinthisstandardarecompulsoryandmustbeenforcedstrictly.

1.0.1Thisstandardisformulatedwithaviewtostandardizingthedesignofintelligentbuildingengineeringandimprovingthedesignqualityofintelligentbuildingengineering.

1.0.2Thisstandardisapplicabletotheintelligentsystemengineeringdesignofcivilbuildingslikenewly-built,extendedandrebuilthouse,officebuilding,hotelbuilding,culturalbuilding,museumbuilding,theatricalbuilding,exhibitionbuilding,educationalbuilding,financialarchitecture,transportationbuilding,medicalbuilding,sportsarchitecture,storebuilding,etc.andgeneralindustrialbuildingsaswellasmulti-functionalcomplexbuildings.

1.0.3Intelligentbuildingengineeringdesignshallaimatconstructinggreenbuildingstoachievepracticalfunctions,updatedtechnology,securityandefficiency,standardizedoperationandreasonableeconomy.

1.0.4Intelligentbuildingengineeringdesignshallenhancethescienceandtechnicalfunction,improvethetechnicalefficiencyofintelligentsystemandbeprovidedwithapplicability,openness,maintainabilityandexpandability.

1.0.5Intelligentbuildingengineeringdesignshallnotonlycomplywiththisstandard,butalsocomplywiththosestipulatedinthecurrentrelevantnationalstandards.

2Terms

2.0.1Intelligentbuilding

Thebuildingintegratingarchitecture,system,application,managementandoptimalcombinationbasedoncomprehensiveapplicationofvariousintelligentinformation,providedwithcomprehensiveintelligentcapabilityofperception,transmission,memory,inference,judgmentanddecision-making,formingtheintegrationwithmutualcoordinationofhuman,buildingandenyironment,andprovidingpeoplewithfunctionalenvironmentfeaturingsecurity,high-efficiency,convenienceandsustainabledevelopment.

2.0.2Engineeringarchitecture

Anarchitectureformcombinedbyseveralintelligentfacilitiesbasedontheapplicationdemandofbuildingthroughhierarchicalstructureplanningofsuchapplicationfunctionsofintelligentsystemengineeringasfacility,business,management,etc.

2.0.3Informationapplicationsystem

Thesystemcombinedbyvariouskindsofinformationfacility,operatingprocedureandrelevantapplicationequipment,etc.andbasedonsuchintelligentsystemsasinformationfacilitysystemandbuildingmanagementsystem,etc.inordertomeettheneedsofvariousspecializedbusiness,standardizedoperationandmanagement.

2.0.4Intelligentintegrationsystem

Thesystemwithsuchcomprehensiveapplicationfunctionsasinformationaggregation,resourcesharing,coordinatedoperation,optimalmanagement,formedinvariousintelligentinformationintegrationmodesbasedonuniforminformationplatformin/ordertorealizetheoperationandmanagementobjectivesofbuilding.

Thesystemwithcompositebasicconditionofpubliccommunicationservicesofbuildingformedbyintegratingvariousinformationsystemswithfunctionslikereceiving,exchange,transmission,processing,storageanddisplay,etc.inordertomeetthedemandofinformationcommunicationfortheapplicationandmanagementofbuilding.

2.0.6Buildingmanagementsystem

Thesystemimplementingintegratedmanagementforbuildingequipmentmonitoringsystemandpublicsecuritysystem,etc.

2.0.7Publicsecuritysystem

Thesystemwithcomprehensivetechnicalprotectionfunctionorcomprehensivefunctionofsecurityassurancesystemconstructedtomaintainpublicsecuritybyapplyingmodernscienceandtechnologyforconfrontingvariousemergenciesthreateningsocialsecurity.

2.0.8Emergencyresponsesystem

Thesystemprovidedwithemergencytechnologysystemandemergencyresponsesafeguardmechanismofresponsedisposalfunctionorperformingcoordinationcommandfunctioninordertocopewithvariouspublicsecurityemergencies,improvethespeedofemergencyresponseandthecapabilityof

2.0.9Engineeringofelectronicequipmentplant

Thecomprehensiveengineeringimplementedforprovidinginstallationandoperationconditionsofeachequipmentanddeviceofintelligentsysteminelectronicequipmentplantsoastoensurethesecure,reliableandefficientoperationofeachintelligentsystemandfortheconvenienceofthemaintenanceofbuildingfunctionenvironment.

3EngineeringArchitecture

3.1GeneralRequirements

3.1.1Thedesignofengineeringarchitectureofintelligentsystemshallcoverdesigngrade,architectureplanning,systemconfiguration,etc.

3.1.2Thedesigngradeofintelligentsystemengineeringshallbeestablishedaccordingtosuchcomprehensivefactorsastheconstructionobjective,functioncategory,regionalsituation,operationandmanagementrequirements,investmentscale,etc.ofbuilding.

3.1.3Forthearchitectureplanningofintelligentsystem,constructiondesignofhierarchicalstructureshallbecarriedoutaccordingtothefunctionrequirements,basicconditions,applicationmode,etc.ofbuilding,andthearchitectureformcombinedbyseveralintelligentfacilitiesshallbeconstituted.

3.1.4Relevantintelligentsystemshallbeselectedforthesystemconfigurationofintelligentsystemengineeringaccordingtothedesigngradeandarchitectureplanningofintelligentsystemengineering.

3.2StandardsEstablished

3.2.1Thedeterminationofdesigngradeofintelligentsystemengineeringshalmeetthefollowingrequirements:

1Shallrealizetheconstructionobjectiveofbuilding;

2Shalladapttothebasieconditionsofconstruction;

3Shallcomplywiththeinformationfunctionofoperationandmanagementofbuilding;

4Shallprovideservice,supportandguaranteefortheoperationandmaintenanceofintelligentsystemofbuilding;

5Shallensuretheeffectivenessandrationalityofengineeringconstructioninvestment.

3.2.2Thedivisionofdesigngradeofintelligentsystemengineeringshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:

1Shallbecorrespondingtothescaleordesigngradeofbuilding;

2Shallimprovethedesignstandardgradebasedontheenhancementofintelligentintegratedtechnicalefficiency;

3Shalladoptupdatedandfeasibleintelligenttechnology;

4Shouldcreateconditionsfortechnologyextendingofintelligentsystemandpromotionofapplicationfunction.

3.2.3Thesystemconfigurationofdesigngradeofintelligentsystemengineeringshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:

1Correspondingintelligentsystemshallbeselectedforconfigurationbasedonthedesigngradeofintelligentsystemengineering;

2Theintelligentsystemconfigurationcomplyingwiththebasicfunctionofbuildingshallbeadoptedastheitemwhichshallbeconfigured;

3Theintelligentsystemconfigurationforrealizingtheenhancementfunctionofbuildingbasedontheitemwhichshallbeconfiguredshallbeadoptedastheitemwhichshouldbeconfigured;

4Theintelligentsystemconfigurationforimprovingthesafeguardfunctionofbuildingbasedonthecombinationoftheitemwhichshallbeconfiguredandtheitemwhichshouldbeconfiguredshallbeadoptedasconfigurableitem.

3.3ArchitecturePlanning

3.3.1Thearchitectureplanningofintelligentsystemengineeringshallmeet/thefollowingrequirements:

1Shallmeetthedemandofinformationapplicationofbuilding;

2Shallsupporttheinformationassociationandfunctionaggregationofeachintelligentsystem;

3Shallcomplywiththesustainabledevelopmentofengineeringtechnologyofintelligentsystem;

4Shalladapttothecontinuousimprovementofintegratedfechnicalfficiencyofintelligentsystem;

5Theintelligentsystemengineeringofcomplexbuildingshalladapttothephysicalstateofmulti-functionalbuildingandmeetthedemandofinformationapplicationofoverallbusinessoperationandmanagementmodeofcomplexbuilding.

3.3.2Theconstructionoffacilityarchitectureofintelligentsystemengineeringshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:

1Shallconstructtheinfrastructurelayerofbuildinginformationapplication;

2Shallconstructtheinformationservicefacilitylayerwithcomprehensivesupportfunctionmeetingoperationandmanagementapplication,etc.;

3Shallforminformationapplicationfacilitylayershowinginformationapplicationandsynergisticeffect.

3.3.3Thesubitemsofarchitectureplanningofintelligentsystemengineeringshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:

1Thesubitemsofarchitectureplanningshallbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththeoverallhierarchicalstructureformofengineeringarchitecturebasedoninfrastructure,informationservicefacilityandinformationapplicationfacilityrespectively;

2Infrastructureshallbepublicenvironmentalfacilitiesandmachineroomfacilities,anditssubitemsshouldincludeinformationcommunicationnfrastructure,buildingequipmentmanagementfacilities,publicsecurityfacilities,machineroomenvironmentfacilitiesandmachineroommanagementfacilities,etc.;

3Informationservicefacilityshallbetheinformationapplicationsupportfacilityofapplicationinformationservicefacility,anditssubitemsshouldincludevoiceapplicationsupportfacilities,dataapplicationsupportfacilities,multimediaapplicationsupportfacilities,etc.;

4Informationapplicationfacilityshallbetheapplicationfacilityofapplicationinformationservicefacility,anditssubitemsshouldincludepublicapplicationfacilities,managementapplicationfacilities,businessapplicationfacilities,intelligentinformationintegrationfacilities,etc.

3.4SystemConfiguration

3.4.1Thesystemconfigurationofintelligentsystemengineeringshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:

6Shallconfiguretheintelligentsystemoninformationservicefacilitylayerandinformationapplicationfacilitylayerwiththeintelligentsystemoninfrastructurelayerassupportconditionaccordingtothebuildingfunctioncategory.

3.4.2Thesystemconfigurationsubitemsofintelligentsystemengineeringshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:

1Thesystemconfigurationsubitemsshallbecarriedoutbasedonsuchdesignfactorsasinformationapplicationsystem,intelligentintegrationsystem,informationfacilitysystem,buildingmanagementsystem,publicsecuritysystem,engineeringofelectronicequipmentplant,etc.respectively;

2Shallbecorrespondingtotheinfrastructurelayerandtheintelligentsystemsubitemsofinfrastructureshouldincludeinformationaccesssystem,wiringsystem,indoorsignalcoveragesystemofmobilecommunication,satellitecommunicationsystem,buildingequipmentmonitoringsystem,buildingefficiencysupervisorysystem,automaticfirealarmsystem,intrusionalarmsystem,videosecurityandprotectionmonitoringsystem,accesscontrolsystem,electronicinspectionsystem,visitorintercomsystem,parkinggarage(parkinglot)managementsystem,securityandprotectionintegratedmanagement(platform)system,emergencyresponsesystemandengineeringofelectronicequipmentplantofmatchedintelligentsystem;

3Shallbecorrespondingtotheinformationservicefacilitylayerandtheintelligentsystemsubitemsofinformationservicefacjlityshouldincludetelephoneswitchingsystem,wirelessintercomsystem,informationnetworksystem,cableTVsystem,satelliteTVreceivingsystem,publicbroadcastingsystem,conferencesystem,informationguidanceandreleasesystem,clocksystem,etc.;

4Shallbecorrespondingtotheinformationapplicationfacilitylayerandtheintelligentsystemsubitemsofinformationapplicationfacilityshouldincludepublicservicesystem,intelligentcardsystem,propertymanagementsystem,informationfacilityoperationandmanagementsystem,informationsecuritymanagementsystem,generalbusinesssystem,professionalbusinesssystem,intelligentinformationintegration(platform)systemandintegratedinformationapplicationsystem.

3.4.3Thesystemconfigurationofintelligentengineeringofcomplexbuildingshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:

1Shallbebasedonthephysicalstate,designgradeandarchitectureplanningofcomplexbuilding;

2Shallconfiguretheintelligentsystemofinfrastructureaccordingtotheoverallfunctionrequirementsofcomplexbuilding;

3Shallconfiguretheintelligentsystemofinformationservicefacilityandinformationapplicationfacilitymeetingmonomerofdifferentfunctioncategoriesorpartialbuildingwiththeintelligentsystemofinfrastructureassupportcondition;

4Shallconfiguretheintelligentsystemofinformationapplicationfacilitymeetingthedemandoftheoveralloperationandglobalmanagementmodeofcomplexbuildingwiththeintegrationoftheinfrastructureandinformationservicefacilityofeachmonomerorpartialbuildingascondition.

4DesignFactors

4.1GeneralRequirements

4.1.1Thedesignfactorsofintelligentsystemengineeringshallbedeterminedaccordingtotheengineeringarchitecturesuchasdesigngrade,architectureplanningandsystemconfiguration,etc.ofintelligentsystemengineering.

4.1.2Thedesignfactorsofintelligentsystemengineeringshouldncludeinformationapplicationsystem,intelligentintegrationsystem,informationfacilitysystem,buildingequipmentmanagementsystem,publicsecuritysystem,engineeringofelectronicequipmentplant,etc.

4.1.3ThedesignfactorsofintelligentsystemengineeringshallcomplywiththerelevantrequirementsofcurrentnationalstandardsCodeforDesignofAutomaticFireAlarmSystemGB50116,TechnicalCodeforEngineeringofSecurityandProtectionSystemGB50348andCodeforElectricalDesignofCivilBuildingsJGJ16.

4.2InformationApplicationSystem

4.2.1Thefunctionofinformationapplicationsystemshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:

1Shallmeettheinformationneedsofoperationandmanagementofbuilding;

2Shallprovidesupportandguaranteeforthebusinessoperationofbuilding.

4.2.2Theinformationapplicationsystemshouldincludesuchinformationapplicationsystemsaspublicservice,intelligentcardapplication,propertymanagement,informationfacilityoperationandmanagement,informationsecuritymanagement,generalbusinessandprofessionalbusiness,etc.

4.2.3Publicservicesystemshallbeprovidedwithsuchfunctionsasvisitorreceptionandmanagement,publicserviceinformationrelease,etc.andshouldbeprovidedwithmanagementfunctionofincorporatingvariouspublicservicetransactionsintostandardizedoperationprocedure.

4.2.4Intelligentcardapplicationsystemshallbeprovidedwithfunctionlikeidentityrecognitionandsuchmanagementfunctionsasconsumption,accounting,ticketmanagement,informationborrowing,articledeposit,sign-informeetings,etc.andshallbeprovidedwithapplicationmodesfordifferentsecuritygrades.

4.2.5Propertymanagementsystemshallbeprovidedwithmanagementfunctionofrealpropertyoperationandmaintenanceofbuilding.

4.2.6Informationfacilityoperationandmanagementsystemshallbeprovidedwithfunctionsformonitoring,analyzing,processingandmaintainingtheoperatingstate,resourceallocation,technicalperformance,etc.ofbuildinginformationfacility.

4.2.7Informationsecuritymanagementsystemshallcomplywiththerequirementsofthecurrentnationalstandardsrelevanttoclassifiedprotectionofinformationsecurity.

4.2.8Generalbusinesssystemshallmeetthedemandofbasicbusinessoperationofbuilding.

4.2.9Professionalbusinesssystemshallmeetthedemandofprofessionalbusinessoperationbasedonthegeneralbusinesssystemofbuilding.

4.3IntelligentIntegrationSystem

4.3.1Thefunctionofintelligentintegrationsystemshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:

1Shallaimatrealizinggreenbuildingandmeettheapplicationdemandsofbusinessfunction,realpropertyoperationandmanagementmodeofbuilding;

2Shalladoptthearchitectureformofintelligentinformationresourcessharingandcoordinatedoperation;

3Shallbeprovidedwithpractical,standardizedandefficientsupervisingfunction;

4Shouldadapttotheextensionandenhancementofinformationcomprehensiveapplicationfunction.

4.3.2Theconstructionofintelligentintegrationsystemshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:

1Thesystemshallcoverintelligentinformationintegration(platform)systemandintegrationinformationapplicationsystem;

2Theintelligentinformationintegration(platform)systemshouldincludeoperatingsystem,database,integrationsystemplatformapplicationprogram,eachintelligentfacilitysystemincorporatedintointegrationmanagementandvariousinformationcommunicationinterfaceinterrelatedwithintegration,etc.;

3Integrationinformationapplicationsystemshouldbecomposedofbasicfunctionmoduleofgeneralbusinessandoperationfunctionmoduleofprofessionalbusiness;

4Shouldbeprovidedwithsupportingcapacityofoverallplatformsuchasvirtualization,distributedapplication,unifiedsecuritymanagement,etc.;

5ShouldcomplywiththedevelopmentofinformationinteractiondiversificationandnewapplicationlikeInternetofThings,cloudcomputing,bigdata,smartcity,etc.

4.3.3Communicationinterconnectionofintelligentintegrationsystemshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:

1Shallbeprovidedwithsupportcapabilityofstandardizedcommunicationmodeandinformationinteraction;

2Shallcomplywiththerequirementsofinternationalgeneralinterface,agreementandrelevantcurrentnationalstandards.

4.3.4Theconfigurationofintelligentintegrationsystemshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:

1Shalladapttothedevelopmentdirectionoftechnologyofstandardizedinformationintegrationplatform;

2Shallformthesupportcapabilityofrelevantintelligentinformationcollection,datacommunicationandanalysisprocessing,etc.;

3Shouldmeettherequirementsforanalysisandvisualpresentationofintelligentreal-timeinformationandhistoricaldata;

4Shouldmeettheextensionneedsofremoteandmobileapplication;

5Shallcomplywithstandardizedmanagementmodeandspecializedbusinessoperationprocedure;

6Shallbeprovidedwithsecurity,availability,maintainabilityandexpandability.

4.4InformationFacilitySystem

4.4.1Thefunctionofinformationfacilitysystemshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:

1Shallbeprovidedwithsuchfunctionsasaccepting,exchanging,transmitting,processing,storing,retrievinganddisplayingtherelevantinformationintheformofvoice,data,image,multi-media,etc.insideandoutsidethebuilding;

2Shouldintegratevariousinformationfacilitiesrequiredforinformationandprovidetheuserandadministratorofbuildingwithbasicconditionsofinformationapplication.

4.4.2Theinformationfacilitysystemshouldcoverinformationaccesssystem,wiringsystem,indoorsignalcoveragesystemofmobilecommunication,satellitecommunicationsystem,telephoneswitchingsystem,wirelessintercomsystem,informationnetworksystem,cableTVandsatelliteTVreceivingsystem,publicbroadcastingsystem,conferencesystem,informationguidanceandreleasesystem,clocksystem,etc.

4.4.3Informationaccesssystemshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:

1Shallmeetthedemandsofvarioususersinbuildingforinformationcommunicationandshallintroducevariouspublicinformationnetworksandspecialinformationnetworksintobuilding;

2Shallsupporttheinformationcommunicationbus
