PAGE中英文版考勤制度一、总则1.目的本考勤制度旨在规范公司员工的出勤管理,确保工作秩序的正常运行,提高工作效率,保障公司各项业务的顺利开展。通过明确考勤管理的各项规定,使员工清楚了解出勤要求,促进员工养成良好的工作纪律和职业素养。2.适用范围本制度适用于公司全体员工,包括正式员工、试用期员工以及临时聘用人员。3.考勤管理原则考勤管理遵循公正、公平、公开的原则,严格按照本制度执行。考勤记录将作为员工绩效考核、薪酬发放、晋升调职等的重要依据。同时,鼓励员工自觉遵守考勤制度,积极维护良好的工作秩序。二、考勤方式1.打卡考勤公司采用打卡考勤制度,员工需在规定的上班时间前到达公司打卡签到,下班时间后打卡签退。打卡地点为公司指定的打卡机。打卡记录将作为员工出勤的直接证据,如有特殊情况未能按时打卡,需提前向直属上级或行政部门说明原因,并填写《未打卡情况说明表》。2.指纹考勤部分岗位实行指纹考勤,员工需在入职时采集指纹信息,用于考勤记录。指纹考勤设备应保持清洁、正常运行,确保指纹识别的准确性。若因指纹识别故障等原因无法正常考勤,员工应及时向行政部门报告,行政部门将根据实际情况进行处理。3.人脸识别考勤对于一些特定区域或岗位,公司采用人脸识别考勤系统。员工需在考勤设备前进行人脸识别,系统将自动记录考勤时间。员工应确保面部清晰、无遮挡,以便人脸识别系统准确识别。如因面部识别困难等问题影响考勤,需及时联系行政部门解决。三、工作时间1.标准工作时间公司实行[具体工作时间,如每周五天工作制,每天上午9:0012:00,下午13:0017:00]的标准工作时间。员工应严格遵守此工作时间安排,不得迟到、早退。2.加班时间在标准工作时间外,因工作需要安排员工加班的,员工应积极配合。加班需提前填写《加班申请表》,经直属上级批准后交行政部门备案。加班时间的计算以实际工作时长为准,加班结束后,员工应及时打卡签退。公司将根据国家相关法律法规支付加班费用或安排调休。3.特殊情况工作时间调整在业务旺季、项目紧急等特殊情况下,公司可能会根据实际情况调整工作时间。行政部门将提前通知员工,员工应服从公司的统一安排。如因工作需要在节假日、周末等休息时间工作,公司将按照相关规定给予相应的补贴或调休。四、请假制度1.请假类型病假:员工因病无法正常工作的,应提供医院出具的病假证明,并填写《病假申请表》,经直属上级批准后交行政部门备案。病假期间,公司将按照国家相关法律法规支付病假工资。事假:员工因个人事务需要请假的,应提前填写《事假申请表》,说明请假事由和请假天数,经直属上级批准后交行政部门备案。事假期间无工资发放。年假:符合公司年假规定的员工,可在当年内申请年假。年假天数根据员工的工作年限确定,具体标准为[工作年限15年,年假5天;工作年限510年,年假10天;工作年限10年以上,年假15天]。年假申请需提前填写《年假申请表》,经直属上级批准后交行政部门备案。婚假:员工符合国家法定结婚年龄结婚的,可享受婚假[具体天数,如3天(晚婚者增加[晚婚增加天数]天)]。婚假申请需提前填写《婚假申请表》,并提供结婚证明,经直属上级批准后交行政部门备案。产假:女员工生育符合国家规定的,可享受产假[具体天数,如98天(难产增加[难产增加天数]天,多胞胎生育每多生育一个婴儿增加[多胞胎增加天数]天)]。产假申请需提前填写《产假申请表》,并提供医院出具的预产期证明等相关材料,经直属上级批准后交行政部门备案。陪产假:男员工符合国家规定的,其配偶生育时,可享受陪产假[具体天数,如15天]。陪产假申请需提前填写《陪产假申请表》,并提供配偶生育证明等相关材料,经直属上级批准后交行政部门备案。丧假:员工的直系亲属(父母、配偶、子女)去世的,可享受丧假[具体天数,如3天]。丧假申请需提前填写《丧假申请表》,并提供相关证明材料,经直属上级批准后交行政部门备案。2.请假审批流程员工请假1天以内的,由直属上级批准;请假13天的,由直属上级审核后报部门经理批准;请假3天以上的,由直属上级、部门经理审核后报总经理批准。请假申请应提前提交,如遇紧急情况无法提前申请的,应在请假当天上班后第一时间向直属上级说明情况,并在请假结束后及时补办请假手续。未经批准擅自离岗的,按旷工处理。3.请假期间的工作交接员工请假前,应将手头工作向直属上级或同事进行详细交接,确保工作的连续性和正常开展。交接内容包括工作任务、未完成事项、相关资料等,并填写《工作交接表》。五、迟到、早退及旷工处理1.迟到、早退定义迟到:员工未在规定的上班时间到达公司打卡签到,即为迟到。迟到时间在15分钟以内的,视为一般迟到;迟到时间超过15分钟的,视为严重迟到。早退:员工未在规定的下班时间打卡签退,提前离开公司的,即为早退。早退时间在15分钟以内的,视为一般早退;早退时间超过15分钟的,视为严重早退。2.迟到、早退处理措施一般迟到、早退:每次扣除当月绩效奖金[X]元。严重迟到、早退:每次扣除当月绩效奖金[X]元,并给予书面警告一次。一年内累计出现3次严重迟到、早退的,公司将视情节轻重给予降职、降薪或辞退处理。3.旷工定义及处理旷工:员工未经请假或请假未获批准而擅自缺勤的,视为旷工。旷工半天的,按旷工一天计算。旷工处理措施:旷工一天扣除当月工资的[X]%,并给予书面警告一次;旷工两天扣除当月工资的[X]%,并给予记过处分一次;旷工三天及以上的,公司将视情节轻重给予降职、降薪、辞退等处理。连续旷工超过15天或一年内累计旷工超过30天的,公司将予以辞退,并解除劳动合同。六、考勤记录与查询1.考勤记录保存行政部门负责每月对员工的考勤记录进行整理、汇总和保存,考勤记录将作为员工绩效考核、薪酬发放等的重要依据之一,保存期限为[具体保存年限,如两年]。2.考勤查询方式员工可通过公司内部办公系统查询自己的考勤记录,如有疑问应及时向行政部门反馈。部门负责人如需查询本部门员工的考勤记录,应向行政部门提出申请,经行政部门同意后,方可进行查询。七、附则1.本考勤制度如有未尽事宜,将参照国家相关法律法规和公司其他规章制度执行。2.本考勤制度自发布之日起生效实施,如有修订,将另行通知。3.本考勤制度的解释权归公司行政部门所有。[公司名称][发布日期]英文版考勤制度GeneralProvisions1.PurposeThisattendancepolicyaimstoregulatetheattendancemanagementofcompanyemployees,ensurethenormaloperationofworkorder,improveworkefficiency,andguaranteethesmoothprogressofvariouscompanyoperations.Byclarifyingtheregulationsofattendancemanagement,employeescanclearlyunderstandtheattendancerequirements,promotingthecultivationofgoodworkdisciplineandprofessionalqualities.2.ScopeofApplicationThispolicyappliestoallemployeesofthecompany,includingfulltimeemployees,probationaryemployees,andtemporaryemployees.3.PrinciplesofAttendanceManagementAttendancemanagementfollowstheprinciplesoffairness,impartiality,andtransparency,andisstrictlyimplementedinaccordancewiththispolicy.Attendancerecordswillserveasimportantbasesforemployees'performanceevaluations,salarypayments,promotions,andjobtransfers.Atthesametime,employeesareencouragedtoconsciouslyabidebytheattendancepolicyandactivelymaintaingoodworkorder.AttendanceMethods1.CardPunchingAttendanceThecompanyadoptsacardpunchingattendancesystem.Employeesarerequiredtoarriveatthecompanybeforethespecifiedworkinghourstopunchinandsignin,andpunchoutandsignoutaftertheworkinghours.Thecardpunchinglocationisthedesignatedcardpunchingmachineinthecompany.Cardpunchingrecordswillbeusedasdirectevidenceofemployees'attendance.Incaseofspecialcircumstanceswhereitisimpossibletopunchinontime,employeesshouldexplainthereasonstotheirdirectsuperiorsortheadministrativedepartmentinadvanceandfilloutthe"ExplanationFormforUnpunchedAttendance".2.FingerprintAttendanceFingerprintattendanceisimplementedforsomepositions.Employeesneedtocollecttheirfingerprintinformationwhentheyjointhecompanyforattendancerecordpurposes.Thefingerprintattendanceequipmentshouldbekeptcleanandoperatingnormallytoensuretheaccuracyoffingerprintrecognition.Ifthereareanyproblemswithfingerprintrecognitionthatpreventnormalattendance,employeesshouldreporttotheadministrativedepartmentinatimelymanner,andtheadministrativedepartmentwillhandleitaccordingtotheactualsituation.3.FacialRecognitionAttendanceForsomespecificareasorpositions,thecompanyusesafacialrecognitionattendancesystem.Employeesneedtohavetheirfacesrecognizedinfrontoftheattendanceequipment,andthesystemwillautomaticallyrecordtheattendancetime.Employeesshouldensurethattheirfacesareclearandunobstructedforaccuratefacialrecognitionbythesystem.Ifthereareanydifficultiesinfacialrecognitionaffectingattendance,theyshouldcontacttheadministrativedepartmentinatimelymannertoresolvetheissue.WorkingHours1.StandardWorkingHoursThecompanyimplementsastandardworkinghoursystemof[specificworkinghours,e.g.,afivedayworkweek,from9:0012:00amand1:005:00pmeveryday].Employeesshouldstrictlyabidebythisworkinghourarrangementandnotbelateorleaveearly.2.OvertimeHoursOutsideofthestandardworkinghours,ifemployeesarearrangedtoworkovertimeduetoworkneeds,theyshouldactivelycooperate.Overtimeworkrequiresfillingoutan"OvertimeApplicationForm"inadvance,whichshouldbeapprovedbythedirectsuperiorandthensubmittedtotheadministrativedepartmentforfiling.Thecalculationofovertimehoursisbasedontheactualworkinghours.Aftertheovertimeworkiscompleted,employeesshouldpunchoutandsignoutinatimelymanner.Thecompanywillpayovertimecompensationorarrangeforcompensatoryleaveaccordingtorelevantnationallawsandregulations.3.AdjustmentofWorkingHoursinSpecialSituationsInspecialsituationssuchaspeakbusinessseasonsorurgentprojects,thecompanymayadjusttheworkinghoursaccordingtotheactualsituation.Theadministrativedepartmentwillnotifyemployeesinadvance,andemployeesshouldcomplywiththecompany'sunifiedarrangements.Ifemployeesneedtoworkonholidays,weekends,orotherrestdaysduetoworkrequirements,thecompanywillprovidecorrespondingsubsidiesorcompensatoryleaveinaccordancewithrelevantregulations.LeavePolicy1.TypesofLeaveSickLeave:Whenanemployeeisunabletoworknormallyduetoillness,theyshouldprovideasickleavecertificateissuedbyahospitalandfillouta"SickLeaveApplicationForm",whichshouldbeapprovedbythedirectsuperiorandthensubmittedtotheadministrativedepartmentforfiling.Duringthesickleaveperiod,thecompanywillpaysickleavesalaryinaccordancewithrelevantnationallawsandregulations.PersonalLeave:Whenanemployeeneedstotakeleaveforpersonalmatters,theyshouldfillouta"PersonalLeaveApplicationForm"inadvance,statingthereasonsforleaveandthenumberofdaysofleave,whichshouldbeapprovedbythedirectsuperiorandthensubmittedtotheadministrativedepartmentforfiling.Therewillbenosalarypaymentduringthepersonalleaveperiod.AnnualLeave:Employeeswhomeetthecompany'sannualleaverequirementscanapplyforannualleavewithinthecurrentyear.Thenumberofannualleavedaysisdeterminedaccordingtotheemployee'sworkingyears.Thespecificstandardsareasfollows:[15yearsofworkingyears,5daysofannualleave;510yearsofworkingyears,10daysofannualleave;morethan10yearsofworkingyears,15daysofannualleave].Theapplicationforannualleaveneedstofilloutan"AnnualLeaveApplicationForm"inadvance,whichshouldbeapprovedbythedirectsuperiorandthensubmittedtotheadministrativedepartmentforfiling.MarriageLeave:Employeeswhoreachthelegalmarriageageinaccordancewithnationalregulationscanenjoymarriageleaveof[specificnumberofdays,e.g.,3days(forlatemarriage,anadditional[numberofdaysforlatemarriage]dayswillbeadded)].Theapplicationformarriageleaveneedstofillouta"MarriageLeaveApplicationForm"inadvanceandprovideamarriagecertificate,whichshouldbeapprovedbythedirectsuperiorandthensubmittedtotheadministrativedepartmentforfiling.MaternityLeave:Femaleemployeeswhogivebirthinaccordancewithnationalregulationscanenjoymaternityleaveof[specificnumberofdays,e.g.,98days(anadditional[numberofdaysfordifficultlabor]daysfordifficultlabor,andanadditional[numberofdaysformultiplebirths]daysforeachadditionalbabyinmultiplebirths)].Theapplicationformaternityleaveneedstofillouta"MaternityLeaveApplicationForm"inadvanceandproviderelevantmaterialssuchasahospitalissuedexpecteddeliverydatecertificate,whichshouldbeapprovedbythedirectsuperiorandthensubmittedtotheadministrativedepartmentforfiling.PaternityLeave:Maleemployeeswhomeetthenationalregulationscanenjoypaternityleaveof[specificnumberofdays,e.g.,15days]whentheirspousesgivebirth.Theapplicationforpaternityleaveneedstofillouta"PaternityLeaveApplicationForm"inadvanceandproviderelevantmaterialssuchasthespouse'sbirthcertificate,whichshouldbeapprovedbythedirectsuperiorandthensubmittedtotheadministrativedepartmentforfiling.FuneralLeave:Whenanimmediatefamilymember(parents,spouse,children)ofanemployeepassesaway,theemployeecanenjoyfuneralleaveof[specificnumberofdays,e.g.,3days].Theapplicationforfuneralleaveneedstofillouta"FuneralLeaveApplicationForm"inadvanceandproviderelevantsupportingmaterials,whichshouldbeapprovedbythedirectsuperiorandthensubmittedtotheadministrativedepartmentforfiling.2.LeaveApprovalProcessForemployeestakingleavefor1dayorless,itisapprovedbythedirectsuperior;forthosetakingleavefor13days,itisapprovedbythedirectsuperiorandthenreportedtothedepartmentmanagerforapproval;forthosetakingleaveformorethan3days,itisapprovedbythedirectsuperior,departmentmanager,andthenreportedtothegeneralmanagerforapproval.Leaveapplicationsshouldbesubmittedinadvance.Incaseofemergencieswhereitisimpossibletoapplyinadvance,employeesshouldexplainthesituationtotheirdirectsuperiorsonthefirstdayofworkandcompletetheleaveapplicationproceduresinatimelymanneraftertheleaveends.Leavingworkwithoutapprovalwillberegardedasabsenteeism.3.WorkHandoverduringLeaveBeforetakingleave,employeesshouldconductadetailedhandoveroftheirworktotheirdirectsuperiorsorcolleagues,ensuringthecontinuityandnormalprogressofwork.Thehandovercontentincludesworktasks,unfinishedmatters,relevantmaterials,etc.,anda"WorkHandoverForm"shouldbefilledout.TreatmentofTardiness,EarlyDeparture,andAbsenteeism1.DefinitionofTardinessandEarlyDepartureTardiness:Anempl
