researchtripstothearea.

Withsomuchvarietyoflivingthingslefttoexplore,environmentalistshaverepeatedlyvoiced

thereishardlyanyresearchintothetopic.

studyco-author,said.“Severalofthesemetalsarefoundinlargenumbersonthedeep-seafloor,

butuntilnow,noonehasshownhowtheycanbetakenoutorwhatenvironmentalinfluencethis

Instead,protectivehabitssuchasrestfulsleep,healthybodyweight,effectivestressmanagement,

avoidingtobaccoandkeepingsupportiverelationshipsshowedastrongerandmorelasting

connectiontoyoungerappearingbrains.

Volunteerswhoreportedthehighestnumberofprotectivethingsbeganthestudywithbrains

thatlookedeightyearsyoungerthantheiractualage,andtheirbrainagingcontinuedtoprogress

moreslowlythroughoutthetwo-yearfollow-up.
