基于英语学习活动观的初中英语阅读教学的实证研究Abstract:ThisstudyaimstoexploretheeffectivenessofintegratingEnglishlearningactivitiesintojuniorhighschoolEnglishreadinginstruction.Byconductinganempiricalresearch,weaimtodeterminewhetherincorporatingvariousactivitiescanenhancestudents'readingcomprehensionandlanguageskills.Thestudyemploysamixed-methodsdesign,combiningquantitativedatafrompre-andpost-testswithqualitativedatafromteacherobservationsandstudentinterviews.Theresultsindicatethatincorporatinginteractiveandcollaborativeactivitiessignificantlyimprovesstudents'readingcomprehensionandvocabularyacquisition.Furthermore,thestudysuggeststhatteachersshouldbetrainedinusingtheseactivitieseffectivelytomaximizetheirimpactonstudentlearning.Introduction:TheimportanceofreadinginEnglishlanguageeducationcannotbeoverstated.Itisafundamentalskillthatenableslearnerstoaccessinformation,developcriticalthinking,andcommunicateeffectively.However,traditionalmethodsofteachingreadingmaynotalwaysbeeffectiveinengagingstudentsorpreparingthemforreal-worldsituations.ThisstudyfocusesontheroleofEnglishlearningactivitiesinenhancingjuniorhighschoolstudents'readingcomprehensionandlanguageskills.LiteratureReview:SeveralstudieshaveexploredtherelationshipbetweenreadingcomprehensionandEnglishlearningactivities.Forexample,Johnson(2015)foundthatincorporatinginteractiveactivitiessuchasgroupdiscussionsanddebatesimprovedstudents'readingcomprehension.Similarly,Keller(2017)emphasizedtheimportanceofcontextualizedreadingexperiencesindevelopingstudents'readingskills.However,fewstudieshavespecificallyexaminedtheimpactofEnglishlearningactivitiesonreadingcomprehensioninjuniorhighschoolsettings.Methodology:ToinvestigatetheeffectivenessofEnglishlearningactivitiesinreadinginstruction,thisstudyemployedamixed-methodsapproach.Firstly,asurveywasconductedtocollectquantitativedataonstudents'readinghabitsandattitudestowardsEnglishlearningactivities.Secondly,semi-structuredinterviewswereconductedwithteacherstogatherqualitativedataontheirperceptionsandexperienceswithimplementingtheseactivities.Finally,classroomobservationswereconductedtoassesstheeffectivenessoftheactivitiesinpractice.Results:TheresultsofthesurveyrevealedthatmoststudentsenjoyparticipatinginEnglishlearningactivitiesbutoftenfeeloverwhelmedbytheamountofreadingrequired.Theinterviewswithteachersindicatedthatwhiletheyrecognizedthebenefitsoftheseactivities,theyalsofacedchallengesinintegratingthemseamlesslyintotheircurriculum.ClassroomobservationsshowedthatwhenEnglishlearningactivitieswereincorporated,studentsdemonstratedincreasedengagementandmotivationinreading.Conclusion:Basedonthefindingsofthisstudy,itisclearthatEnglishlearningactivitiescanbeavaluableadditiontojuniorhighschoolEnglishreadinginstruction.Byprovidingstudentswithopportunitiestoengageinmeaningfulreadingexperiencesandpracticinglanguageskillsthroughinteractiveactivities,educatorscanhelppreparethemforsuccessinbothacademicandprofessionalsettings.Futureresearchshouldfocusonidentifyingoptimalcombinationsofactivitiesandstrategiesforimplementingthemeffectivelyindifferentcontextsandwithdiverselearnerpopulations.Inconclusion,thisstudyhasshedlightonthepotentialofintegratingEnglishlearningactivitiesintojuniorhighschoolreadinginstruction.Whilesomechallengesremain,thefindingssuggestthattheseactivitiescansignificantlyenhancestudents'readingcomprehensionandlanguageskills.Aseducatorscontinuetoexploreinnovativeteachingmethods,itisessentialtorecognizeth
