被动故障(短路)故障造成输出总是处于带电状态(称为“被动”故障)。万一工厂恰好出现紧急情况,但由于无法使输出失电从而使工厂进入安全状态,因此对工厂来说是“危险的”。“被动”状态影响安全但不影响有效性,归类为导致危险故障(Failto

Danger,FTD)。l主动故障(断路)故障造成输出正常为带电状态输出为失电的故障(称为“主动”故障)。由于它使输出

失电从而使工厂进入安全状态,因此对工厂来说是“安全的”

。“主动”故障不影响安全但影响有效性,归类为导致损失故障(Failto
