叩击法TappingManipulation概念Concept

用拳背、掌根、掌心、小鱼际、指端，或桑枝棒叩击体表的手法，称为叩击法或击法。

StructureofOperation

1、拳击法：沉肩、垂肘，前臂呈旋后位，外侧面对向受术者，术手握成空拳，腕关节伸直，以拳背对准待击部位。

2、掌击法包括掌心击法与掌根击法两种。

掌根击时，四指并拢，拇指外展呈自然屈曲状，腕关节背伸约45°，使掌根突起对准待击部位。

3、小鱼际击法，又称“侧击法”或“切打法”。操作时，手指掌及腕关节伸直，拇指自然外展，四肢并拢，前臂与手掌中立位，以小鱼际的尺侧面着力，以单手或双手有节律地交替叩击治疗部位。

4、指击法，是以中指端，或拇、食、中三指，或五指捏拢后的指端，在施术部位进行击打点穴的方法。

5、棒击法，是用桑枝制成的治疗棒，击打体表治疗区的方法。

各种叩击法操作时，用力应果断、快速，击打后将术手立即抬起，叩击的时间要短暂。击打时手腕既要保持一定的姿势，又要放松，以一种有控制的弹性力进行叩击，使手法既有一定的力度，又使受术者感觉缓和舒适。切忌用暴力击打，以免给受术者造成不应有的伤痛。

本法具有舒筋通络、活血祛瘀、调和气血等作用。

拳背击法主要用于大椎及腰骶部。掌击法常用于头顶前囟与百会。小鱼际击法适用于腰背与四肢部。棒击法可用于头顶、肩背、腰骶及四肢部。
