摩法

RubbingManipulation【概念】Concept

用手掌或食、中、无名、小指掌面附着在治疗部位上，以一定的节律做环形抚摩的手法称为摩法。频率平稳适中一般在每分钟100~120周左右。

Themanipulationperformedbyrhythmicallyrubbingthetherapeuticpartinacircularmotionwiththepalmorthepalmarsideoftheoperator’sfingersclosetothetherapeuticregioniscalledrubbingtechnique.Itsfrequencyshouldbemoderate,evenandsteady,about100-120circlesperminute.【分类】Classification以手掌着力者谓掌摩法；以四指掌面着力操作者称指摩法。

摩法主要适用于胸腹、脘腹部，具有疏肝理气、温中和胃、健脾助运、消积导滞及调节肠胃蠕动等功效。

常用于治疗中焦虚寒、脘腹胀满、肠鸣腹痛、胸闷气滞、胁肋胀痛、胸胁迸伤、泄泻、便秘、下元虚冷等病证。

Itiscommonlyusedtotreatsuchdiseasesascoldofinsufficiencytypeinthemiddle-jiao,fullnessintheepigastricregion,borborygmusandpainintheabdomen,oppressedfeelinginthechestandstagnationoftheflowofqi,distendingpaininthehypochondrium,injuryofthechestandhypochondrium,constipationanddiarrhea,coldofinsufficiencytypeoflower-jiao.

临床使用本法时，根据操作的力度、频率与方向的不同，可起到或补或泻的作用。例如，“缓摩为补，急摩为泻”；又如，在小腹部操作时，顺时针方向摩运可通调肠腑积滞，其到泻热通便的作用；而逆时针方向摩运则能温中止泻，发挥温补下元的功效。
