思维可视化在高中英语阅读教学中的应用研究Abstract:ThisstudyaimstoexploretheapplicationofvisualizationinhighschoolEnglishreadingteaching.ByanalyzingthecurrentsituationofvisualteachingmethodsinhighschoolEnglishreading,thispaperproposesanewteachingmodelbasedonvisualization,whichcombinestheadvantagesoftraditionalteachingandmoderntechnologytoimprovestudents'readingcomprehensionabilityandlearningefficiency.Theresearchresultsshowthattheapplicationofvisualizationcaneffectivelyenhancestudents'interestinreadingandimprovetheirreadingskills.Keywords:Visualization;HighSchoolEnglishReading;TeachingModel;ReadingComprehensionAbility;LearningEfficiency1IntroductionReadingisanimportantpartofhighschoolEnglisheducation,anditisalsooneofthemostdifficulttasksforstudents.However,withthedevelopmentofinformationtechnology,moreandmoreteachersbegintousevariousteachingmethodstoimprovestudents'readingabilities.Amongthesemethods,visualizationhasreceivedwidespreadattention.ThispaperwillanalyzetheapplicationofvisualizationinhighschoolEnglishreadingteaching,andproposeanewteachingmodelbasedonvisualization.2LiteratureReviewVisualizationreferstotheprocessoftransformingabstractconceptsintoconcreteimagesthroughvariousmeanssuchascharts,diagrams,andvideos.Inrecentyears,visualizationhasbeenwidelyusedinvariousfields,includingeducation,medicine,engineering,etc.Ineducation,visualizationhasbeenappliedtovarioussubjects,includingmathematics,science,history,andliterature.Forexample,inthefieldofmathematics,visualizationcanhelpstudentsunderstandcomplexmathematicalconceptsbyusinggraphsandchartstorepresentthem.Inthefieldofscience,visualizationcanhelpstudentsunderstandtherelationshipbetweendifferentvariablesbyusingdiagramsandflowcharts.Inthefieldofhistory,visualizationcanhelpstudentsunderstandthehistoricaleventsbyusingmapsandtimelines.Inthefieldofliterature,visualizationcanhelpstudentsunderstandtheplotandcharactersbyusingillustrationsandcharactersketches.3ResearchMethodsTheresearchmethodadoptedinthispaperisacasestudy.Firstly,theauthorselectedagroupofhighschoolstudentswhowerelearningEnglishreadingatacertainhighschool.Then,theauthorconductedaseriesofexperimentstotesttheeffectivenessofvisualizationinEnglishreadingteaching.Duringtheexperiment,theauthorusedvariousvisualizationtoolssuchascharts,diagrams,andvideostohelpstudentsunderstandthetextbetter.Aftertheexperiment,theauthoranalyzedthedatacollectedfromthestudents'feedbackandperformanceevaluationstoevaluatetheeffectivenessofvisualizationinEnglishreadingteaching.4ResultsandDiscussionAccordingtotheexperimentalresults,theapplicationofvisualizationinEnglishreadingteachingcaneffectivelyimprovestudents'readingcomprehensionabilityandlearningefficiency.Studentswhousedvisualizationtoolsshowedhigherinterestinreadingandstrongermotivationtolearn.Theywereabletoquicklygraspthemainideasanddetailsofthetext,andtheycouldbetterunderstandtherelationshipsbetweendifferentelementsinthetext.Atthesametime,students'learningefficiencywasalsoimproved.Theycouldcompletethereadingtaskfasterandmoreaccurately.5ConclusionInconclusion,visualizationisausefultoolforimprovingstudents'readingcomprehensionabilityandlearningefficiency.Itcanhelpstudentsunderstandthetextbetterbyprovidingthemwithclearandintuitivevisualinformation.Therefore,itisnecessarytofurtherpromotetheapplicationofvisualizationinhighschoolEnglishreadingteaching.Atthesametime,teachersshouldalsopayattentiontotheselectionofappropriatevisualizationtoolsandtechniquestoensurethattheyaresuitablefordifferenttypesoftextsandstudentneeds.Inconclusion,visualizationisapowerfultoolthatcansignificantlyenhancestudents'readingcomprehensionandlearningefficiency.Itprovidesavisualrepresentationofcomplexideas,makingthemmoreaccessibleandmemorable.Astechnologycontinuestoadvance,theuseofvisualizationineducationwillbecomeincreasinglyprevalent.ByincorporatingthistechniqueintohighschoolEnglishreadinginstruction,educatorscanhelpstudentsdevelopcriticalthinkingskillsandimprovetheiroverallacademicperformance.Assuch,itiscrucialforteacherstostayinformedaboutnewdevelopmentsinvisualizationtechniquesandtoexplorewaystointegratethemintotheirteachingpractices.Furthermore,researchontheeffectivenessofvisualizationinEnglishreadingisstilllimited,andmoreempiricalstudiesareneededtovalidateitsefficacy.Additionally,thereisaneedtoconsidertheculturalandlinguisticdifferenceswhenapplyingvisualizationtools,asnotallstudentsmayhaveequa
