摘要本随着建筑业快速发展。施工管理对项目建设过程的质量目标、进度目标、经济目标的实现起到决定性作用。施工组织设计作为工程建设工程中的纲领性文件，对工程合理的战略部署和战术安排，能让工程建设过程合理的、科学的、有序的进行，把设计施工图一步一步变成工程实体。在编制过程中，充分考虑了施工现场情况、相关设计图纸、相关设计规范、国家法律法规等，安排相应的施工流程和方法，做到整个施工过程有序进行，最程度大节约各项资源，达到制定的施工目标。施工组织设计结合本工程特点，对其编制了详细的施工部署、施工方案、施工进度计划、施工现场布置、项目部管理机构组成、资源配置、主要经济技术指标和防疫工作等内容。以此设计文件为指导，着力推进工程建设目标。保证施工单位能够按所签订的合同文件要求工期顺利进行，直到竣工验收并交付业主投入使用。关键词：施工组织设计；质量控制；建筑工程；施工技术Abstractwiththerapiddevelopmentoftheconstructionindustry.Constructionmanagementplaysadecisiveroleintherealizationofthequalitytarget,scheduletargetandeconomictargetintheprocessofprojectconstruction.Constructionorganizationdesign,asaprogrammaticdocumentinengineeringconstructionproject,canmaketheprojectconstructionprocessreasonable,scientificandorderlythroughreasonablestrategicdeploymentandtacticalarrangement,thedesignandconstructiondrawingsstepbystepintotheengineeringentity.Duringthecompilationprocess,therelevantconstructionsiteconditions,relevantdesigndrawings,relevantdesignspecifications,nationallawsandregulations,etc.arefullyconsidered,andthecorrespondingconstructionprocessesandmethodsarearrangedtoensurethatthewholeconstructionprocessiscarriedoutinanorderlymanner,themaximumsavingofresourcestoachievetheestablishedconstructiongoals.Theconstructionorganizationdesignunifiesthisprojectcharacteristic,thedetailedconstructionarrangement,constructionplan,constructionschedule,constructionsitelayout,managementorganizationcomposition,resourceallocation,maineconomicandtechnicalindexandepidemicpreventionareworkedout.Undertheguidanceofthisdesigndocument,wewilltryourbesttoadvancethegoalofengineeringconstruction.Toensurethattheconstructionunitcancarryouttheprojectsmoothlyaccordingtothecontractdocuments,untilthecompletionofacceptanceanddeliverytotheownerputintouse.Keywords：Constructionorganizationdesign
