前言
本文件按照GB/T1.1—2020《标准化工作导则第1部分:标准化文件的结构和起草规则》的规定
起草。
本文件是GB/T15579《弧焊设备》的第9部分。GB/T15579已经发布了以下部分:
——第1部分:焊接电源;
——第2部分:液体冷却系统;
——第3部分:引弧和稳弧装置;
——第4部分:周期检查和试验;
——第5部分:送丝装置;
——第6部分:限制负载的设备;
——第7部分:焊炬(枪);
——第8部分:焊接和等离子切割系统的气路装置;
——第9部分:安装和使用;
——第10部分:电磁兼容性(EMC)要求;
——第11部分:电焊钳;
——第12部分:焊接电缆耦合装置;
——第13部分:焊接夹钳;
——第14部分:校准、确认和一致性试验。
本文件代替GB/T15579.9—2017《弧焊设备第9部分:安装和使用》,与GB/T15579.9—2017
相比,除结构调整和编辑性改动外,主要技术变化如下:
a)删除了术语“工业和专业使用”“辅助电源输出”(见2017年版的3.6、3.9);
b)更改了安装的通用要求(见4.1,见2017年版的4.1);
c)更改了安装一台以上焊接电源的相关要求(见4.3.2,2017年版的4.3.2);
d)增加了使用焊接夹钳的要求(见4.3.4);
e)增加了外部射频抑制网络与焊接回路相连的要求(见4.3.5);
f)增加了“暴露评估”的要求(见6.2);
g)更改了使用的通用要求(见7.1,2017年版的7.1);
h)增加了“由电池组供电的焊接电源”的要求(见第8章)。
本文件等同采用IEC60974⁃9:2018《弧焊设备第9部分:安装和使用》。

引言
弧焊设备主要包括由电网或电池组供电,以及由机械设备驱动的弧焊和类似工艺所用的电源(如
弧焊电源及等离子切割系统等)、辅助设备、焊接附件等。
GB/T15579《弧焊设备》规定了弧焊设备的安全要求、性能要求和电磁兼容性要求等,拟由14部
分组成。
——第1部分:焊接电源。目的在于规定焊接电源的安全要求和性能要求。
——第2部分:液体冷却系统。目的在于规定辅助设备焊炬(枪)的液体冷却系统的安全要求和结
构要求。
——第3部分:引弧和稳弧装置。目的在于规定辅助设备引弧和稳弧装置的安全要求。
——第4部分:周期检查和试验。目的在于规定焊接电源的周期检查和试验步骤以及确保维修后
的电气安全要求。
——第5部分:送丝装置。目的在于规定焊接附件送丝装置的安全要求和性能要求。
——第6部分:限制负载的设备。目的在于规定连接至单相公共低电压供电系统,为非专业人员
设计使用的限制负载的电弧焊接和切割电源以及辅助装置的安全要求和性能要求。
——第7部分:焊炬(枪)。目的在于规定焊接附件焊炬(枪)的安全要求和结构要求。
——第8部分:焊接和等离子切割系统的气路装置。目的在于规定辅助设备可燃性气体或氧气的
气路装置的安全要求和性能要求。
——第9部分:安装和使用。目的在于规定弧焊设备的安装和使用要求。
——第10部分:电磁兼容性(EMC)要求。目的在于规定弧焊电源及辅助设备的电磁兼容性
要求。
——第11部分:电焊钳。目的在于规定焊接附件电焊钳的安全要求和性能要求。
——第12部分:焊接电缆耦合装置。目的在于规定焊接附件焊接电缆耦合装置的安全要求和性
能要求。
——第13部分:焊接夹钳。目的在于规定焊接附件焊接夹钳的安全要求和性能要求。
——第14部分:校准、确认和一致性试验。目的在于规定弧焊及其外部监控设备的确认要求及弧
焊设备的实际验证操作等要求。

本文件适用于根据IEC60974⁃1、IEC60974⁃6或同等标准的安全要求设计的弧焊和类似工艺设备
的安装要求和使用说明。
本文件适用于指导培训人员、操作员、焊接人员、管理人员和监督人员进行弧焊和类似工艺设备的
正确安装、使用以及焊接和切割操作。
国家和地区法规优先于本文件。
