塑料材料和制品可溶性分解中间体的

生态毒性试验方案试验方法和要求

1范围

本文件针对海洋生物潜在生态毒理学的不利影响,规定了相应的评估要求,描述了生态毒性试验

的测试方法。塑料材料的可溶性分解产物能对海洋物种造成不利影响,例如用于海洋应用产品(如养

鱼网、缆绳、浮子、浮标及其他非渔具材料或产品)的塑料材料生物分解产生的中间体或剩余残留物,以

及在不同海洋区域(如近海、次近海或远洋区域)使用的塑料材料。

生态毒性测试包括四个营养等级的海洋生物,即初级生产者、初级消费者、次级消费者和分解者:

——对海藻的毒性;

——对海洋无脊椎动物的毒性;

——对海洋鱼类的毒性;

——对海洋微生物的毒性。

本文件不适用于评估任何尺寸的固体材料造成的不利影响。
