Non-SegmentResultstoodatminus€203millioninthethirdquarterofthe2026fiscalyear,comparedwithminus€195millioninthepreviousquarter.Ofthetotal,€84millionrelatedtocostofgoodssold,€44milliontoresearchanddevelopmentexpenses,and€72milliontosellingandgeneraladministrativeexpenses.Inaddition,itincludednet
operatingexpensesof€3million.
Operatingprofitimprovedto€594millioninthethirdquarterofthe2026fiscalyear,upfrom€458millioninthepreviousquarter.
Thefinancialresultwasanetexpenseof€63millioninthethirdquarterofthe2026fiscalyear,comparedwithanetexpenseof€68millioninthepreviousquarter.

11percentincreasewasduetostrongerdemandacrossallareas,particularlyinenergyinfrastructureandHVAC.SegmentResultreached€44million,comparedwith€47millioninthesecondquarterofthecurrentfiscalyear.SegmentResultMarginwas9.8percent,downfrom11.7percentinthepreviousquarter.Thedeclinewasattributabletotemporaryoperationalandinventory-relatedeffects.
RevenueinthePower&SensorSystemssegmentincreasedto€1,442millioninthethirdquarterofthe2026fiscalyear,upfrom€1,260millioninthepreviousquarter.The
14percentincreasewasmainlydrivenbyfurtherrisingdemandintheareaofserversanddatacentersforartificialintelligence.SegmentResultincreasedto€359million,from
€257millioninthesecondquarter.SegmentResultMarginimprovedsignificantlyto
24.9percent,from20.4percentinthepreviousquarter.
IntheConnectedSecureSystemssegment,revenueincreasedto€350millioninthethirdquarterofthe2026fiscalyear,upfrom€319millioninthepreviousquarter.The
10percentincreasewasdrivenbyrisingdemandacrossallareas,particularly
authenticationandidentificationsolutions.SegmentResultincreasedto€34million,from€18millioninthesecondquarterofthecurrentfiscalyear.SegmentResultMargin
improvedto9.7percent,from5.6percentinthepreviousquarter.
Outlookforthefourthquarterofthe2026fiscalyear
BasedonanassumedexchangerateofUS$1.15totheeuro,Infineonexpectsto
generaterevenueofaround€4.7billioninthefourthquarterofthe2026fiscalyear.
ModerategrowthisexpectedfortheATVsegment.IntheGIP,PSS,andCSSsegments,thesequentialincreaseinrevenueisexpectedtobesignificant.SegmentResultMarginisforecasttobearound23percent.
Outlookforthe2026fiscalyear
BasedonanassumedexchangerateforQ4ofUS$1.15totheeuroInfineonnowexpectsrevenueofaround€16.3billionforthe2026fiscalyear(previously:toincrease
significantlycomparedtotheprioryear).Thiscorrespondstoanannualgrowthrateof
around11percent.TheATVsegmentisexpectedtogrowslowerthantheGroupaverage.

Whilepositivemomentuminsoftware-definedvehiclescontinues,itisoffsetbysubdueddemandforhigh-voltagecomponentsinthefieldofelectromobility.Incontrast,revenueinthePSSsegmentisexpectedtogrowsignificantlyfasterthantheGroupaverage,drivenbyverydynamicdemandforpowersupplyproductsforAIdatacenters.FortheGIP
segment,annualrevenuegrowthisexpectedtobeslightlybelowtheGroupaverage,
whilerevenueintheCSSsegmentisexpectedtoremainessentiallyunchanged.The
adjustedgrossmarginshouldremaininthelow-to-mid-fortiespercentagerangeandtheSegmentResultMarginshouldcontinuetobearound20percent.
Investments–whichInfineondefinesasthesumofinvestmentsinproperty,plantandequipment,investmentsinotherintangibleassetsandcapitalizeddevelopmentcosts–continuetobeplannedataround€2.7billionforthe2026fiscalyear.Keyfocusareasincludecompletingandpreparingproductioninthefourthmanufacturingmodulein
Dresden(Germany),aswellasfurthermanufacturinginvestmentsalignedwithstronglygrowingcustomerdemandforpowersupplysolutionsforAIdatacenters.
Depreciationandamortizationisexpectedtototal€2.0billioninthe2026fiscalyear.Ofthat,around€400millionrelatestodepreciationandamortizationresultingfrompurchasepriceallocations,mainlyinconnectionwiththeacquisitionofCypressaswellasMarvell’sAutomotiveEthernetbusiness.AdjustedFreeCashFlowisnowexpectedtobearound
€1.85billion(previously€1.65billion)andFreeCashFlow–nowincludingthepurchasepricepaymentfortheacquisitionofthesensorportfoliofromamsOSRAMinJuly2026–isexpectedtoreacharound€0.9billion(previously€1.25billion).
Withregardtoreturnoncapitalemployed(RoCE),Infineonexpectstoachieveamid-to-high(previouslymid)single-digitpercentage.
CapacityreservationagreementswithleadingAIcustomers
SeveralleadingcustomersacrosstheAIdatacenterecosystemhaveenteredintomulti-yearcapacityreservationagreementswithusorarecurrentlyinnegotiationsforsuch.
Theseagreementscoveracumulativerevenuevolumeofahighsingle-digitbillioneuroamountandfeaturealsocertainprepayments.

businesscurrentlyhasanannualizedrevenuerunrateofapproximately€230millionandwillbeconsolidatedintoInfineonasof1July2026.Forfiscalyear2026,arevenue
contributioninthemid-double-digitmillioneurorangeisthereforeexpectedinthefourth
quarter.Fromtheoutset,thetransactionwillhaveanaccretiveeffectonadjustedearningspershare.Withtheclosingofthetransaction,around230employeesinresearchand
