Transformer一、概述SubstationSummary铁心制造：干变铁心均采用德国进口桥格(GEORGE)400和600线自动剪切，以保证硅钢片毛刺小于0.02mm，角度误差小于±005。均采用"宝钢"优质、高导磁硅钢片降低空载损耗和干变噪声；铁心内部采用H级绝缘气道，心柱涂高强度双H胶固化，保证长期可靠运行；铁心采用五级步进接缝，可调夹紧力；精确的定位，确保水平和垂直。高、低压线圈和铁心弹性支撑组装、蝶形弹簧恒力压紧，减震、抗冲击性能高。线圈：高压采用分段圆筒式线圈，薄绝缘密封真空浇注，(大容量)绕组内设轴向气道；线圈耐压水平高，不易产生局放，阻燃性能好，防潮能力强，过载能力大，防尘、冷却效果好。低压采用铜箔式线圈，层间设DMD预浸布热固化成型，工艺性好，效率高，附加损耗低，抗短路能力强。薄绝缘：高、低压绕组导体都被耐压值极高的复合硅烷玻璃纤维（耐热温度200℃）增强的薄膜树脂所包封，由于采用了玻璃纤维增强，大大加强了树脂包封层的机械强强度，这种既韧又薄的树脂包封层富有弹性可随绕组一起膨胀收缩，因而杜绝了浇注层发生开裂，同时，由于包封层的厚度较薄，既达到了包封的效果，又减少了包封层的温差，极大的改善浇注绕组的热传导性。另外，薄绝缘结构还可以在绕组内设置轴向气道，增加绕组的散热面。浇注：绕制完的线圈在德国HEDRICH公司VACUUMPEK3/150E真空浇注灌内真空处理并由计算机控制浇注，固化成型。采用瑞士CibascH级环氧树脂及固化剂组份，玻璃纤维增强，既保证环氧树脂的热膨胀系数与线圈导体趋近一致，又大大增强了树脂包封层的机械强度；采用薄膜脱气的方式排除环氧树脂组份液体原料中的空气，保证了浇注线圈内无空穴，确保干变产品低局放（≤

applied

of

dry-type

transformer:1、绝缘强度高：浇注用环氧树脂具有18~22kV/mm的绝缘击穿场强，且与电压等级相同的油浸变具有大致相同的雷电冲击强度，绝缘温度等级为H级，绝缘系统温度180℃，绕组平均温升限值125K。2、抗短路能力强：由于树脂的材料特性，加之绕组是整体浇注，经加热固化成型后成为刚体所以机械强度很高，经突发短路试验证明，浇注干式变压器因短路而损坏的极少。

3、防灾性能突出：环氧树脂难燃、阻燃并能自行熄灭，不致引发爆炸等二次灾害。4、环境性能优越：环氧树脂是化学上极其稳定的—种材料，防潮、防尘，即使在大气污秽等恶劣等环境下也能可靠运行，甚至可在100%湿度下正常运行，停运后无需干燥预热即可再次投运。5、免维护：由于有了完善的温度显示、控制系统，目前环氧浇注式干变已可以做到免维护，从而可以大大减轻运行人员的负担，并降低运行费用。6、运行损耗低，运行效率高。7、噪声低。8、体积小、重量轻，安装调试方便。9、不需单独的变压室，不需吊芯检查，节约占地面积，相应节省土建投资。10、过载能力强：SC(B)10、11系列产品，当环境温度20℃时，可长期过载1.16倍，60分钟以内过载1.5倍；若投入风机，使变压器在强迫风冷(AF)状态下运行，可短时1.5倍过载运行。[注意：变压器高低压进出口总开关及母线（排）的过负载能力必须相匹配]。High
