1、 目 录1、 用途和原理2、 主要技术指标3、 安装和使用4、 注意事项 用途和原理 WTZK-系列型温度指示控制器，主要用于500KVA以上的变压器油温测量及控制，仪表具有良好的防护性能，在户外条件正常工作。 WTZK-02型温度指示控制器装有二个可调节的控制开关，根据需要分别用于报警、控制等。 WTZK-02型温度指示控制器具有最高温度指示装置，能记录曾经到达过的最高温度值。 WTZK-02型温度指示控制器结构新颖，因此具有指示控制精度高，性能稳定可靠，灵敏度高，指示和控制同步，开关负载功率大，仪表外形薄，搞振性能好等特点。 WTZK-02型温度指示控制器主要有感温包、毛细管和弹性元件三部

2、分组成，在该三部分组成的密封系统内充感温介质，随着被测温度的变化、压力变化使弹性元件的自由端产生相对应的位移，并推动指示系统，控温开关达到测量油温和输出信号的目的。 主要技术指标l 防护性能按GB42081993.l 在环境温度-40+50C相对温度不大于90%的条件下，控制器能够联系正常工作。l 温度指示： 1、精度1.5级 2、时间常数15秒 3、单向园型分度：0-100C非线性，0-120C非线性l 温度控制： 1、设定可调范围：量程0-100C为20-90C，量程0-120C为30-100C 2、标准设定值：K1=55C K2=80C 3、开关动作误差：3C 开关切换差：62C 4、开

3、关参数：AC、250V、3A电寿命20104次l 温包：1、14150mm 2、安装螺纹M272。 安装和使用l 内设定调整： 旋开表面压圈上的螺钉（5-M3），打开表玻璃，旋转设定旋钮至所需的刻度上，请勿转动设定旋钮中间的螺钉。重新装上表玻璃及螺钉均匀拧紧。产品出厂时己校准K1设定温度为55C，K2设定温度为80C。l 仪表安装： 仪表表头及温包应垂直安装，温包应尽量插入最大深度。毛细管布线时弯曲半径不应大于50mm,每相隔300mm要有相应的固定。安装尺寸见图一。l 接线： 如图二所示，将电缆（.11.5）穿过空心螺栓，像皮垫圈，打开接线盒盖（铭牌）进行接线，然后接入填料（生料带或石棉线）

4、旋紧空心螺栓。接线工作应在干燥天气迅速进行，以防潮气进入仪表内部。l 最高指针调整：旋转表玻璃中的旋钮，将最高指示指针调到指示指针重叠的位置上。（注：最高指示针必须放在温度指示针之上）l 使用：使用前应查看产品出厂年月，若己超过二年期限应自行检定方可投入使用。下图：1将m6六角螺栓套入防震橡皮圈，然后旋入变压器地板上。2把温控器背面下方的安装槽插入防震橡皮圈槽内。3旋入温控器背面上方两颗m6螺栓，再用呆板手将全部螺栓拧紧。注意事项、温控器检验时必须按照蒸汽和气体压力式温度计检定规程JB/T9295-1999进行.即温包必须全部浸入在恒温槽内,表头必须垂直安装.若在常温空气中,就不能严格按1.5

5、级精密度来判断。2、温控器接线和安装过程中均应小心轻放，请严格按说明书要求进行。3、打开铭牌盖，按图二接线示意图接线，合盖时四点均匀对称拧紧，以免影响仪表密封性。4、安装时，多余毛细管应盘为直径150毫米能上能下环圆环。每隔300毫米应对护套毛细管做适当的固定（如用细铜丝扎结等）。5、现场安装时，必须注意温包应全部插入有油的套管内，温包进入有油的套管内深度至少不应小于150毫米。 ContentI. 13、el Internal setting adjustment：Turn on screw (5-M3) on the clamping ring on the surface and open watch glass and rotate setting button to required scale. Do not rotate screw in the middle of setting button and it is required to install the watch glass again and screw down screws evenly. Setting temp

14、erature (K1) has been corrected to 55C and that (K2) of products is 80C when they leave the factory.l Instrument installation：Install instrument head and thermometer bulb vertically and thermometer bulb shall be inserted to the greatest extent. Bending radius of capillary shall not exceed 50mm when

15、wiring and guarantee corresponding fixation for every 300mm and please refer to Figure 1 for installation dimensions.l Wiring：As shown in Figure 2, it is required to thread cables (of .11.5) into the hollow bolts and rubber gaskets and open junction box cover (namely, nameplate) for wiring then caul

16、k (by Teflon tape or asbestos yarn) and screw down the hollow bolts. It is required to wire quickly under dry weather so that moisture will not enter into the instrument.l Adjustment of the highest pointer：Rotate button on the watch glass and adjust the highest pointer to overlapping position of poi
