23、等结构进行轻度验算。 2. 在脚手架基础上应弹处门架立杆位置线，垫板、底座安放位置要准确。 （二） 门式脚手架搭设程序 1. 脚手架的组装：应自左端延伸向右端,自下而上按步架设,并逐层改变搭设方向，减少误差积累，不可自两端相向搭设或相间进行，以避免结合处错位,难于连接。 2. 脚手架搭设的顺序： 铺设垫木（板）安放底座自一端起立门架并随即装交叉支撑安装水平架（或脚手板）安装钢梯安装水平加固杆照上述步骤，逐层向上安装按规定位置安装剪刀撑装配顶步栏杆。 3. 脚手架的搭设必须配合施工监督，一次搭设高度不应超过最上层连墙件三步或自由高度小于6m，以保证脚手架稳定。 （三） 架设门架及配件安装注意事项

24、 1. 交叉支撑、水平架、脚手板、连接棒、锁臂的设置应符合构造规定。 2. 不同产品的门架与配件不得混合使用于同一脚手架。 3. 交叉支撑、水平架及脚手板应紧随门架的安装及时设置。 4. 各部件的锁臂、搭钩必须处于锁柱状态。 5. 水平架或脚手板应在同一步内连续设置，脚手板应满铺。 6. 挡脚板（笆）应在脚手架施工层两侧设置，栏板（杆）应在脚手架施工层外侧设置，栏杆、挡脚板应在门架立杆的内侧设置。 （四） 水平加固杆、剪刀的撑安装 1. 水平加固杆、剪刀撑安装应符合构造要求，并与脚手架的搭设同步进行。 2. 水平加固杆应采用扣件与门架在立杆内侧连牢，剪刀撑应采用扣件与门架立杆外侧连牢。 （五）

25、 连墙件的安装 1. 连墙件的安装必须随脚手架搭设同步进行，严禁搭设完毕补作。 2. 当脚手架操作层高处相邻连墙件以上两步时，应采用临时加强稳定措施，直到连墙件搭设完毕后方可拆除。 3. 连墙件埋入墙身的部分必须牢固可靠，连墙件必须垂直于墙面，不允许向上倾斜。 4. 连墙件应连于上、下两榀门架的接头附近。 5. 当采用一支一拉的柔性连墙构造时，拉、支点间距应不大于400mm。 （六） 加固件、连墙件等与门架采用扣件连接时应满足的要求 1. 扣件规格应与所连钢管外径相匹配。 2. 扣件螺栓拧紧扭力矩值为45Nm60Nm，并不得小于40Nm。 3. 各杆件端头伸出扣件盖板边缘长度应不小于100mm

26、. 三、 验收 1. 脚手架搭设完毕或分段搭设完毕时应对脚手架工程质量进行检查，经检查合格后方可交付使用。 2. 高度在20m及20m以下的脚手架，由单位工程负责人组织技术安全人员进行检查验收；高度大于20m的脚手架，由工程处技术负责人随工程进度分段组织单位工程负责人及有关的技术安全人员进行检查验收。 （1） 验收时应具备下列文件： 1） 必要的施工设计文件及组装图； 2） 脚手架的部件出厂合格证或质量分级合格标志； 3） 脚手架工程的施工记录及质量检查记录； 4） 脚手架搭设的重大问题及处理记录； 5） 脚手架工程的施工验收报告、 （2） 脚手架工程的验收，除查验有关文件外，还应进行现场抽查。
